  I had a great time snorkeling around the Ishigaki reef with this tour. Our guide Makoto was super helpful and made sure the whole group had a great time exploring the reef.

  We had a great snorkeling tour with Makoto at Osaki beach. We could not take the original tour to Phantom Island and Blue Cave due to approaching typhoon. The experience was anyway wonderful with a fantastic and super friendly guide Makoto🤩🥰

  De aflyste vores tur og tilbød pengene retur. Grunden var dårligt vejr. Vejret var overhovedet ikke dårligt på dagen for turen… jeg takkede jeg ja til penge retur og bookede med et andet firma. Har her 2 måneder senere stadig ikke modtaget penge retur. Simpelthen så ringe. Hørte fra andre, at de ofte aflyser fordi, de får en større grupper eller et bedre tilbud. Hørte også, at andre har kæmpet med at få penge retur. They cancelled our trip and offered a refund. The reason was bad weather. The weather wasn't bad at all on the day of the trip... I accepted the refund and booked with another company. 2 months later I still haven't received a refund. Simply so bad. I heard from others that they often cancel because they get a larger group or a better offer. I also heard that others have struggled to get their money back.

  We had an amazing tour in Blue Cave. We were lucky to see snake fish, beautiful fishes and even turtles! All thanks to our experienced guide. The cave itself is small, nothing special but the snorkeling at this area full of corals and colors is absolutely beautiful!

  Very nice moments at the blue cave in the morning in Snorkeling nearby! Very good fluid and efficient organization! Our guide Makoto was very attentive and super friendly! In the afternoon we took the excursion to Phantom Island and snorkeled! Here again great organization and a very friendly and kind guide team who were keen to make us have a good time! It’s successful thank you😁

  My friend and I went on both the Phantom Island/Sakura beach trip. It was so much fun snorkeling and seeing the many types of fish and creatures. We even saw 2 sea snakes and our guide, Sebastian captured it on camera! He is a good communicator and picked us up from the Ferry port terminal. I would recommend this excursion to anyone with a sense of adventure.

  I received notification that the Phantom Island part was cancelled due to high winds. Okay, I get it. I was told that snorkeling at Osaki beach would be substituted. Okay. The meeting time and place were the same. Received a message that read, "Pick you up on o o" I received notifications that it started at 8:00 that morning on my phone. I was at the meeting place at 7:45. It was close to 8:30 when I contacted the company and was told it was at 9:00. I didn't find out until after snorkeling that we were not going to Blue Cave and that my afternoon had been substituted for the mangrove tour on canoe or paddleboat. Snorkeling at Osaki beach was great! I thought this was a whole day affair, as in we would go to the next location. Nope! We were brought back to the terminal, told to find somewhere to eat lunch, and meet back at 1:00 for the mangrove tour. When I asked about Phantom Island/Blue Cave snorkeling the next day and the day after, I was told that it's cancelled due to winds and that it would be cancelled for the month since it's close to winter. Then why have it on the Viator website as an activity to book if it is just going to be cancelled and substitutions offered. Even the refund seemed sketchy. I've already paid on my credit card and was told the refund would go on my credit card and I would have to contact the credit card company.

  One of the most beautiful places on earth. The blue cave portion of the trip was amazing, just being there left me with a great sense of calming peace. The snorkeling off the coast felt like we snuck into an aquarium at an academy of science, there was so much life and it was so pristine and clean. Phantom island was so gorgeous we felt like we were inside of a post card photo. Juan Sebastian and Moe, our guides throughout the day, and the rest of the crew were awsome. They helped me learn so much Japanese and they spoke English well. Thank you so much!! Hope to see you soon!

  What an amazing experience and amazing guides!!! Our guide Kota was amazing!!! Couldn't have been more friendly and made sure we got ahead of every other tour. He dove down deal and got amazing pictures for us!!! Made sure we had the times of our lives and made sure we were safe! The tour was amazing of the cave and the snorkeling was top notch seeing the most amazing fish! Only downside was the AC wasn't that good on the ride and it was a scorcher of a day!
