5.00Very good. Guide was thorough. Good english. Knew area well. It is good to explain very thoroughly what you want to see. Also, what your priorities are. Vehicle was very comfortable while equipped with water and umbrellas.

5.00We had a great time exploring Okinawa with this team! Very warm, welcoming and engaging guides. I booked the tour on short notice (the day before) and they were very accommodating in our wishes and they also offered some wonderful suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of. The tour van is also very comfortable. I highly recommend!

5.00This was a great tour and an easy way to see the key sites around the island. Our tour guide, Hero, was excellent and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed this and got to learn a lot about the history of the island.

5.00HIGHLY recommend this tour and this company (UI Private Concierge)!! We had booked an English Guided tour. The young man that arrived, was prompt, super courteous and informed us via Google Translate that the English speaking guide had been in an accident (he was ok, but couldn’t do the tour) and asked if we would like to cancel. We said “No,” we’d like to continue anyway. Before we even made it the first of our four planned stops, he informed us that the company was very apologetic and would fully refund our tour but still take us to all the locations. Even though our driver was unable to conduct the tour in English, he arranged our tickets at all locations, came with us, and admirably used Google Translate as best as possible; and it still ended up being a great experience!! And while we never expected a full refund, I received it in less than 24 hours. A company that truly stands by their own high expectations, would gladly work with them again!

5.00Best custom tour experience by far that customized our itinerary on short notice, flexible in upgrading our vehicle to a tour 10 seater van, and provided great service and communication. We are a family of 7 (2 adults, 3 young kids, 2 grandparents) from the NY/NJ area and we took a cruise from Hong Kong to Okinawa on the RCL spectrum of the seas. Tomo (English speaking guide) and Yua (tour coordinator and driver) were excellent from the start. It was a rainy New Year’s Day and they were ready with raincoats, umbrellas, snacks and drinks (local beers too) for our whole party. We did various scenic sights, heritage sights, and ended the night with an awesome yakiniku beef restaurant and shopping in kokusai street. I can’t say enough on how patient and service oriented they were especially with our toddler/young children and grandparents that each have their distinct needs. If you’re looking for a true and reliable custom tour experience to maximize your time in Okinawa, you will be in good hands with this group! ❤️
