This was a great introduction to Copenhagen and Danish food. Marie was friendly and funny. She accommodated dietary preferences and there is so much food. You won't leave hungry.

Julia was an enthusiastic friendly guide to our food adventure. She remembered all of our names and took extra time to chat with us individually on what ever topic we brought up. The food tour started and ended at a market as advertised. The shop owners along the way were friendly and welcoming. The food choices were varied and could accommodate vegetarian if one so desired. Be prepared to walk as the experience takes you to different areas in order to experience the broad offerings that Copenhagen has. Highly recommend this tour!

I joined this food tour expecting a similar experience to the excellent food tours I previously enjoyed in Athens and Vienna, but unfortunately this one was only mediocre. The food itself was just okay and the portions were surprisingly small. The tour advertised 8 courses, but one “course” was simply a chocolate with alcohol filling eaten in a park, which felt a bit unbelievable to count as an actual course. Another stop was a candy shop where we spent around 20 minutes watching candy being made, only to receive one small piece of candy to try. While the demonstration was interesting, it did not really add much to the food experience. Compared to other European food tours I’ve taken, which included plenty of tastings and at least one substantial meal, this tour felt lacking in both quantity and overall value. I was still hungry by the end of the Copenhagen tour. The guide was pleasant and Copenhagen is beautiful, but overall I expected a much better food experience for the price.

We thought the food tour was excellent. Bonnie our guide was first class, her descriptions of the food and drink we were about to have were very good. As we went around she gave us information about the places we visited and other notable buildings and locations. Most importantly the food and drink was interesting and very tasty. We would recommend the tour and especially if Bonnie is your guide. Andy and Carol

This tour was a highlight of my solo trip! Our guide Cassandra had great rapport with our group and was super knowledgeable about food and could answer any questions we had about the City. Definitely tried foods and discovered restaurants that I would not have found on my own, especially the atmospheric smørrebrød lunch place. The cardamom bun was the best I tried in the city!

I highly recommend this tour not just for the food but for the history you learn. Julie did an amazing job at keeping us engaged and teaching us everything about Copenhagen and Denmark. Her passion and excitement was contagious as the tour progressed. This is a must for both first time visitors and repeat travelers.

This was the most expensive food tour and it was a disappointment, because of our guide. Simon was our guide. He walked ahead of the group, not telling us anything about what we were seeing. He kept his back to the group and left us behind often. He wasn't interested in including everyone and one participant said he never looked at her at all the whole time. He had someone along to train and spent his time chatting with them instead of his customers. The food stops were fine but the pastry, which was amazing, was 1/2 of a bun. Really? 150 dollars and we split a bun. The beer and sandwiches were good. He told us to start there was no reason so email him as he was the owner and if we had anything to say about the tour to tell him to his face.... Book a different tour or ask for someone besides Simon.

Had a fabulous tour with Peter. There were 6 of us (3 parties) and he did a good job of interacting with everyone, giving some city history, and answering questions. The tastings were delicious and very filling.
