Petronas Twin Towers

A visit to Kuala Lumpur is not complete until you’ve seen the city from the observation deck of the Petronas Twin Towers. It’s a good idea to book your tickets in advance, particularly in peak season. Choose your preferred date and time slot for the visit and your tickets will be sent to your email. When you arrive at the Twin Towers you’ll be able to enter without delay. Spend a delightful hour taking in views of the Kuala Lumpur area from the observation tower and take a walk along the sky bridge that connects the 2 towers. The tickets from Pakistan were sent far too late and we had to buy new ones so we could even visit the Twin Towers that day! With other providers it always worked out well and you were sent the cards after payment!

The towers and the tower tour were fantastic and the informative guides were helpful and pleasant. However, it seems we were not sent the correct ticket as the tower staff did not recognise the TripAdvisor ticket or paperwork and very nearly refused us entry. Fortunately, one member of the tower staff had seen this before and was able to find one small link to the correct ticket from my emails and granted us entry. However, this experience caused a great deal of stress and very nearly ruined what was supposed to be the highlight/focal point of our stay in KL.
A must do visit in KL!

A must do trip in Kuala Lumpur. Really well organised at the Towers. We were only expecting to visit the observation deck at level 41 where the views were incredible but then we were taken to the 86th floor where the views were unbelievable. Plenty of time up there to take advantage of the cafe and shop so much more to this than we expected.

Get tickets with QR code from Pakistan too late. We therefore had to buy tickets again for € 27.00 p. P. Buy. Will never book with Trip Advisor again!!! Totally mad!

Once through the ticket office the experience is a must do in KL. Buy your ticket direct from the Petronas Twin Tower website. Using a third party such as TripAdvisor or Viator risks not getting in - I was lucky the ladies at the ticket gate made contact with TripAdvisor to get my ticket delivered to my phone. Someone else in the queue got their ticket an hour after they were due to go in. Use the Petronas Twin Tower website to buy the tickets. It’s cheaper too !

Just walk up to the concierge at the ground floor of KLCC mall. They will direct you to one level below. There are people at every point to guide you. Once the scan your ticket they let you in. Worth a visit for sure.

Absolutely to see, tickets arrived by email and through the App with extreme punctuality, it is advisable to arrive at the entrance at least 15 minutes in advance

Paying 30 euros to people for a ride in the elevator seems absurd, where no one describes anything........
