- 7:30-8:00Am Our driver will welcome you with a sign (your name) at Phu My port gate (2 to 5 minutes by shuttle bus from the ship to the gate) and depart to Saigon around 1. 5 hours by private mini-van.
• Our Tour Guide will welcome you in Saigon Center then you will start your date with Saigon City Tour.
- We'll discover history and culture of Saigon with:
• Local Wet Market
• The Jade Emperor temple
• City Hall
• Opera House
• Central Post Office
• Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral
- Lunch at local restaurant with Pho (noodles soup)

The Independence Palace
The palace is like a time capsule frozen in 1975. You can see two of the original tanks used in the capture of the palace parked in the grounds. Independence Palace was the home and workplace of the French Governor of Cochin-China. It has lush gardens, secret rooms, antique furniture, and a command bunker. It's still in use to host important occasions in Ho Chi Minh, including APEC summits.
Central Post Office
A must see in Saigon: The building was designed by Alfred Foulhoux and features arched windows and wooden shutters, just as it would have in its heyday in the late 19th Century.

5.00We had such a memorable day exploring Saigon with our guide, Phan Tran Tuwen, Sunday, October 26. He’s a kind and genuine young man who made us feel welcome right away. Phan was very flexible and adjusted the tour to suit our pace and interests, showing us the best highlights of the city while sharing his local knowledge with enthusiasm. 5.00What an incredible tour! Spent a day traveling to Ho Chi Minh city on a private tour with driver and guide. Our guide, Linh, was amazing and shared not only the sights of Saigon, but also shared so much of their culture and history. Being a private tour, we were also able to tweak the tour a bit to better align with what our desires were in seeing the city. We just learned so much and saw wonderful things.The connection with finding the driver and guide at My Phy was also very well done and they were waiting for us when we exited the boat/port. Highly, highly recommend this company and tour to anyone desiring a high quality experience in Vietnamese!

5.00We greatly enjoyed sightseeing Ho Chi Ming city with our private tour guide Linh who spoke English very well and was delightful to be with. On the long drive from port to the city, she kept our interest with information of Vietnam’s past to present day. The pho noodle lunch and Vietnamese ice coffee recommended by Linh were delicious. She kept us safe when crossing traffic congested roads. Our driver safely navigated the busy streets and got us back to port at our requested time. Thanks again Linh.

5.00Wonderful day starting with on time and ease of pickup. Tour of city went well and hit all the points we desired. Great lunch at local restaurant with local cuisine . Due to traffic our day ending up one hour longer however our guide did not rush us.

5.00Our shore excursion to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh) was a wonderful experience. We met our guide Lynn (nick name Penny) at port gate. She was young, yet very knowledgeable of the Vietnamese people, culture and way of life. Her English was good and she was eager and jubilant. Took us to numerous locations, some off the beaten path which allowed us to mingle with the locals. Wonderful experience with Vietnamese people who were still celebrating the Lunar year. Our tour was in a very comfortable mini van and we tip our hat to our driver. How they navigate the streets is an experience all on its own. As a shore excursion, they made sure we were back at cruise terminal on time. Great time had by our group of four.

5.00We were picked up at the port by Lee and our driver and taken on an amazing tour around Saigon. We got to see the sites before all the big buses showed up. Lee was very informative and had such pride in his country. He was an absolute pleasure to be with for the tour.

5.00We had an amazing tour with Linh! She shared so much knowledge with us as she took us all around Saigon! Since I was traveling with my mother on a private tour, they were able to customize our tour to exactly what we wanted’ furthermore, we changed our minds last minute to go to Saigon instead of the Mekong Delta because the drive was far and we didn’t have the time, so Henry from the sales department was easy to get in touch with and helped to rearrange our trip for us right before! We really had an amazing experience and highly recommend this tour and this company!

5.00If you go to Vietnam, request Khang! He was excellent and fun to be with. Great history knowledge and outstanding photographer, he took so many excellent pictures of my wife and I. I cannot say enough good things about Khang and how he took care of us …. He is 5 Star!
