  We first found Delano and Transfer TCI in 2019. It took us 5 years to come back, and of course called Delano. Once again, outstanding service. Both him and his lovely wife took us wherever we needed to go. We're 5 of us and plenty of room in a nice comfortable SUV. We won't be waiting another 5 years to come back and will definately be calling Delano for our travels!

  Delano, was a wonderful and professional driver. He provided us with top of the line experience. He picked us up, and dropped us off always in a timely manner. Conversation was excellent, and he also recommended us to other activities in the island to attend. When we return back to the island next year, Delano will be the first we call.

  Delano(Papa D) as we called him was a great driver, he was always early/On time and was very patient with us. He was knowledgeable about activities on the island and made sure we were always safe. His car was always clean and he was always very accommodating . We would definitely recommend using him! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for great customer service !

  Delano was phenomenal as a driver, tour guide, and everything in between. He was very professional, trustworthy, insightful about the island, and helped make our Turks trip one we won’t forget! Highly recommend.

  Omg where do I even start! We loved Delano! It was a girls trip and he made it very special and fun! He’s so attentive, nice and patient! We will definitely recommend him and come back and use him again! He was GREAT! :)

  Delano is THE BEST! He’s very trustworthy, nice, and professional. I was traveling with a group of girls and he made sure we were taken care of and safe. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and hire him again on future trips.

  Very disappointed with this booking! Our driver did not show up at the airport. We contacted him via the number provided and the taxi coordinators even tried to help and called him multiple times. He kept sayin he was there and giving no information yet the staff knew who it was and were also very confused and confirmed he was not. They then helped us get another cab almost 30 minutes later and I am requesting a refund!

  Delano and Crew were amazing! They were on time, courteous and very accommodating when flights got delayed and needed to accommodate members of our party. They made sure we got to the ferry on time and accounted for the ridiculous amount of luggage and groceries we had. Delano even made arrangements on our return for breakfast instead of us being dropped of at the airport hours early. If you need anything, Delano is the man!

  Delano is the best of the best! We had a group of 10 with different arrivals from the airport. He made our transport seamless. He took us to wonderful restaurants and made sure we had plenty of time for everything on our way to and from the ferry to North Caicos. He was on time and so trustworthy and knowledgeable. He will be the only one we use on our future trips to Turks and Caicos.
