5.00This was an amazing experience. We got to see the Amalfi coast and Pompeii. Our driver Gianluca was as awesome. He made the trip. He was funny, informative and just perfect. He helped us with recommendations and in getting our Pompeii tickets. He also got us an amazing tour guide in Pompeii which was not costly and it made that part of the trip. Highly recommend this tour and Gianluca.

5.00This tour was awesome. Our driver was Gianluca and he made the whole trip. He was so nice and helpful. He was domaines things during the drive. We got to see the Amalfi coast and then Pompeii. He also hooked us up with a tour guide in Pompeii who was amazing. He was so funny, knowledgeable and took us to places away from the crowds. He also took pics of our group along the way. This was the best tour of our trip. Highly recommended. The downside was I did not get my Viator rewards with this booking. Although this had nothing to do with Gianluca or the Pompeii guide.
Brilliant service, brilliant execution, brilliant everything.

5.00I was recommended Heart Limo by the owner of the Airbnb I'm staying at, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. My significant other and I enjoyed every second of it. The driver, Francesco, was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative about the city of Sorrento and Pompeii. The tour guide we had at Pompeii was incredibly helpful as well. Michele really brought the ruins alive for us and gave us all the fun details and answered every question we had. The winery, Cantina del Vesuvio, was also an incredible experience. The wines were delicious, and the meals they served us were also equally delicious. Our culinary class at Antico Fantollo was also an incredible experience. We had just a blast of a day for a very affordable price. We'll definitely use Heart Limos again when we're back in Sorrento.

5.00Traffic on the Amalfi coast very busy and slow. Worth seeing, spectacular views, but overcrowded, even at this time of the year. We had a great driver/tour guide, Gianluca, who was very knowledgeable, and picked us up right by the ship. He also recommended a great restaurant for lunch in Ravelo.

5.00It is a fabulous, full-on day but there are still choices and flexibility of itinerary available. That really elevated our experience as we did more than we had expected, some of it through opportunity that presented at the time, and we welcomed that! Our driver, Andrea, was excellent throughout, as was our guide in Pompeii, Claudia.

5.00We had an AMAZING day with Gianluca! Pick up was prompt and courteous ; Gianluca was patient , informative and very concerned with our needs and happiness. He stopped many times for the perfect picture or to give us an interesting piece of history or information. The drive was seamless and full of great information and recommendations. It was like having a local family member for the day show you around . We would highly recommend Gianluca and this tour ! We will give him the same courtesy when he visits Washington, DC! 5.00Gianluca with Goodhearts Limos was a great private driver for the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii which was the one of the trip highlights! Gianluca was on time, helped us plan out our day based on our preferences, and kept us on schedule in order to see Positano, Ravello, and Pompeii. He was very knowledgeable about the area, perfect personality, and communicated well. We didn’t have a lot of time on our itinerary, but he helped us see the highlights and got us back to our cruise ship timely. Highly recommend him and seeing the Amalfi Coast! We will definitely be back!

5.00What a memorable day! Our guide, Andrea, was fabulous! He was so kind and personable and did a fantastic job guiding us through such a stunning area. His knowledge and love of the Amalfi coast clearly shows in his passion for sharing information along the way. At the last minute we scheduled a private guided tour through Pompeii. Andrew, our guide, was exceptional! His storytelling and knowledge of the area made for a such a memorable experience. Both guides were extremely professional, courteous and made for a day we won't forget. I highly recommend this tour!

5.00Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids, ages 11, 12, and 15) had the best time! Booking and communication (from home in NY and when in Italy) was smooth. We arranged the high speed train from and back to Rome (where we were staying), with their suggestion of train arrival and departure times, and Francesco “The Barber” did everything thing else. He arranged a private tour of Pompeii, rearranged our lunch plans to accommodate our kids’ preferences, and showed us the Amalfi Coast. Informative and with a comfortable drive, we had the best day! Can’t thank Francesco enough!

He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the region, making the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. Another highlight of the trip was our guided tour in Pompeii with Andrew, who was outstanding. His depth of knowledge and engaging storytelling brought the site to life and made the history truly memorable. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended.
