5.00Okada was wonderful! Great communication 24 hours prior to pick up. Okada even went to a convenience store to pick up some food for us to get us started at our ARBnb. We were so tired it was a good choice to get a car instead of the train or taxis

5.00Pickup from Kansai airport to Kyoto. Driver confirmed the night before flight and morning of. Our flight was delayed and he said not to worry, he would wait for us. Traveling from the U.S. to Japan we were a little nervous about getting picked up but he totally put us at ease.
