5.00Murad was waiting for me after my long flight in the lobby. He drove me to my hotel, and on the way he pointed out some historical and interesting places. Very comfortable car , and pleasant journey. I would definitely recommend using this company for anyone who is visiting Baku.

5.00Great communication from Eldar who was waiting for us when we exited with our baggage at Baku. Super quick transfer and even when the traffic was bad and the roads were closing because of F1 he remained calm and friendly. He dropped us off as close as he could and gave us walking instructions. He was exactly right! We felt safe and comfortable in his car and highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable service (unlike Uber who cancelled our 5am airport shuttle in Doha). Thanks Eldar!

1.00I arrived yesterday and used this service....I booked again for today to pick up my mom and sister who were arriving separately...same driver was to come....told him that my mom was 76 years and in wheelchair and may take time depending on the airport ability to get wheelchairs, etc. He assured me he would wait and take care of it....The flight was delayed by about 20-25 minutes......because of wheelchairs, it took a total of an hour for my family to come out post landing....and he was not there....called him and he said he was there but had to leave because he had another job....they had to take a taxi...did not inform me till he had already left (left a message while he was driving away)....it was a matter of few minutes but caused my family a lot of pain after an early am flight.....terrible....
