5.00Our guide Mr. Masaru Tanerani was at our hotel for pickup right on time. He drove safely despite the harsh weather. He was very mindful of the different ages people traveling with us. He guided us well on our entire trip. Highly recommend!

5.00Very good service. Drivers are friendly, professional and extremely punctual. The pick up at the hotel is earlier than planned and the drivers waited for us patiently. I initially did not dare to book as there is not much reviews, but after using them, they are a trusted company. You can customise your itinerary with the company.

5.00Our driver Tommy was very punctual (always on time) and polite. He also has a great sense of humor. Whilst not a travel guide, he was able to provide a lot of useful information about the places we were visiting. We felt very safe with him at the wheels as he is a sensible driver with good road safety awareness. We were driving through icy roads and the snow covered countryside around Asahikawa. We would love to have Tommy again as our private driver for future trips around Sapporo.

5.00This is not a guided trip , is transport to these 4 popular tourist destinations. We love these places of attractions even though the ride from the city is about 2 and half hour but is worth the ride. I would like to compliment Masaru-san as he is very professional and driving skill is good, a very polite driver and even open the car door for us and also stopped halfway to show us reindeer we caught at sight. Will recommend this tour for sure.
