The streets are adorned with hand-painted flower pots, bright porcelain plates, and exotic plants, lending the area a distinct Andalusian flavor.
On this private trip, you will view the ruins of the Arab wall, The Parroquial Church, and other 16th and 17th century churches. You will also see the distinctive bullring of Las Mijas. This oval bullfighting arena is cut into the rock that rises above the settlement and is one of the most picturesque in Andalusia. Its development began in 1900 at the request of Mijas locals.
Take in the scenery of Ermita de la la Virgen de la peña and visit the Mijas Contemporary Art Museum and the Ethnographic Museum, both of which feature exhibitions of historic local crafts and recreations of centuries-old structures.

5.00Our guide picked us up right on time in Málaga and drove us to Mijas , a beautiful white village in the hills. We loved the quiet streets, little shops, and amazing views of the coast. It felt very personal and relaxed. Perfect way to escape the busy city for a few hours.

5.00Skip the crowded tours, this private trip to Mijas was everything. Our guide took us to secret miradores, a family-run olive oil mill (hello, free tastings!), and even helped us bargain at the artisan markets. The flexibility to linger in the plaza or dash to the beach? Priceless.
