A designated pickup time is required for cruise port service. You may choose your preferred time, or we can recommend one based on your flight departure. We allow 45 minutes of complimentary wait time from your scheduled pickup time. If we are unable to contact you beyond this window, the driver may be released. Additional wait time may be accommodated based on vehicle availability, but it is not included in the Viator rate and must be arranged directly with the local provider. Cruise Port Pickup Procedure: • Upon disembarkation, collect your luggage and proceed through customs and immigration. • Follow the signs for “Limousines, Shuttles, & Private Tours (Door D)” and exit through Door D to the transportation area. • Locate the Limousine Dispatch Booth and check in with the Port Attendant. • Provide your name and state that KJ Limousine Services is your limousine provider. • The port staff will then dispatch your driver from the off-site holding area, and your vehicle will arrive at the passenger pickup zone within 8–10 minutes.
