Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than one week (more than 168 hours) in advance we will give you a full refund (excluding the booking service fee). If you cancel between 7 days and 2 days (between 167 and 48 hours before) we will give you a 50% refund (excluding any service charge). No refund under 48 hours cancellation
Please bring at least one litre of water each as it gets very hot in Singapore. You will need to stay hydrated. Please bring an umbrella as it does rain a lot in Singapore and we will continue in wet weather.

5.00Our family only had one full day to tour Singapore. Fortunately for us, Gene was our private tour guide that day. He is one of the best guides we have ever had. He made sure that we saw all the sights that we were interested in and even made changes in the itinerary on the fly. We had a chance to taste several different types of foods along the way which we also enjoyed. His enthusiasm was infectious! We would highly recommend Gene to anyone who is looking for a fun and in-depth tour of Singapore.

5.00This tour was an amazing way to experience Singapore in one day. We started at Marina Bay with beautiful views of Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion, then walked through the historic area past the Raffles statue and along the Singapore River to the Fullerton Hotel. One of the highlights was stopping for a classic Singaporean breakfast with coffee, soft boiled eggs, kaya toast, and pork floss toast. It was such a fun and authentic local experience. Visiting Thian Hock Keng Temple was fascinating, and learning about the deities and local beliefs made it even more meaningful. Exploring Chinatown, spotting murals, seeing the Sri Mariamman Temple, and learning about local food like chicken rice really brought Singapore’s culture to life. Driving through Little India, walking down Haji Lane in Kampong Glam, and noticing unique details like the glass bottles at Sultan Mosque were memorable moments. We ended the tour at Gardens by the Bay with festive Christmas music and the stunning Supertrees. Our guide Pamela was fun, engaging, and super knowledgeable, and she made the entire day both informative and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Singapore.

5.00I've toured in 60 nations & Pamela & Bernie are the best I've ever experienced. The perfect blend of professsional friendliness and planning a route that accommodated all I wanted to see--and at my pace. Be sure to ask her about the special attraction at the airport. And she's great & taking you to food vendors where you can sample many delicious local items. Very knowledgeable about the 10 non-food sites I had her take me to--and in an interesting, casual way.

5.00I found Hello Singapore Tours via website search, Excellent reviews guided me to book my family tour with this company. Pamela was our tour guide, she was amazing, very personable, had vibrant personality. She gave us a lot of background about the sites we saw, she was very knowledgeable. I brought my elderly mother with us and I had young kids and Pamela was very accommodating, she made sure that my elderly mom was not getting too tired, phased the tour and made sure that the tour as interesting to my young kids. It was an excellent guided tour and would recommend Pamela and this company to anyone visiting Singapore.

5.00We absolutely enjoyed the tour. It was very informative. Richard the tour guide and captain Barney was outstanding. They were Really helpful, Richard was very nice, knowledgeable and very friendly. He took a lot of photos of our family so we can have beautiful memories.
