5.00Really great experience we highly recommend using their service! We asked for airport transfer to the port as well and they arranged it for us. Super reliable service which got us to the airport on time. Made our journey a lot smoother! They are very responsive at all times as well so we didn’t worry at all.

5.00Our transfer from pick up to drop off was excellent. They arrived early and waited for us both the car and speedboat. They also were obliging to drop us off right in front of our hotel on Gili T. They made sure we were comfortable. I would use them again

5.00I am very satisfied with the service. The driver was kind and most importantly arrived on time at 6:00. He also shared historical and cultural insights about Lombok. As for the speedboat, the driver was kind as well. We wanted to go diving in DPM, and when we asked to be taken to the harbor near DPM instead of the main harbor, they were happy to accommodate our request.

5.00Top notch service, amazing drivers, great vehicles/boats, perfect organisation. We were arriving later in the day and wanted to get to Gili Air the same day. Immediate responses from everyone involved (drivers/managers), they got us delivered from the airport to the island. Would use again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

5.00We booked a private boat from Gili T and taxi from the harbour. Everything went very smooth. From moment of contact to delivery. It felt we “hacked” the system! We didn’t had to wait in lines, like everybody else did!

5.00Dayat was a great driver with helpful tips about Lombok. He picked us up from the airport and brought us to the port for Gili Air. He arrived early, sent clear meeting-point photos, and waited patiently despite long visa and immigration queues. Booking via WhatsApp was super easy and fast. Fair price.
