Cedar River
Explore the mouth of the Cedar River where it meets Lake Leelanau. This is a seldom-visited part of the lake that hosts a variety of wildlife including loons and bald eagles. This corner of the lake is also a great place to explore the history of Lake Leelanau and examine its former history as a logging area, examining the root structures of largely intact trees that were logged decades ago.

5.00Weather was bad and we didn’t end up going but the captain was excellent with communication and was quick to refund. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely rebook!
