In this tour we will visit the magnificent Sun temple of Modhera and the grandest Step Well ever built. At Rani ki vav, you will listen to the story of how step wells played an integral part of the lives of Indian women in medieval times. It is at step wells where the women socialized. We will not only appreciate the incredible design and exquisite sculptures but also the reverence people had for water in these parts. The tour also includes an enriching experience at Patan, witnessing Patola silk saree weaving.

5.00The Sun Temple and the Rani Ki Vav step well are must sees in the Ahmedabad region. This was a professional, well organized trip. The car and driver made us feel safe and the guide was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Highly recommend.

5.00The drive was long but the views were stupendous and definitely worth the 2 to 3-hour long drives (each way). Furthermore, my excellent tour guide, Bhupendra Oza, kept me entertained with his stories and lectures on Indian culture and architecture.
