5.00Today was a fantastic day touring Sydney with Joy as our guide. We saw the "Tourist" areas and was brought through the back streets to see cool architecture and little known view points. Joy shared alot of history of Sydney and Australia. She also gave us great tips for restaurants and coffee. If you get Joy as your guide consider yourself lucky.

5.00Daniel was our tour guide, he was fantastic! Daniel took us on a comprehensive tour of Sydney and was very knowledgeable. He also adjusted the tour to points of interest that we had not visited on our own outside of the tour. Daniel was a wealth of facts and a bit of history buff. We walked away at the end of the tour feeling like this 6 hour journey was well worth the money and adventure. We would highly recommend this small group tour company and Daniel. Even though we had to go to another hotel to start the tour, the communication from the company was very concise and clear to find the closest pick up/drop off location to our hotel.

5.00With only 2 days in Sydney with family, this tour was perfect. Our guide Daniel was exceptional, relaying his knowledge and enthusiasm while taking us to not only the harbor highlights, but outlying beach and scenic areas. On a private tour like this, you learn so much more about the city, its people, culture, and sites than reading from a tour book and walking around on your own. We had multi-generations and Daniel catered to all our interests. The itinerary and quality of our guide made this the best city tour we have ever taken.

1.00We had booked 5 months ahead. Received confirmation. Made payment. Sent note to tour operator we were at pickup location. Tour operator said they never received our booking from Viator. Total bust what a major screwup.

5.00Joy was our tour guide and we absolutely loved both the tour and Joy. If we are ever in Sydney again or if any of our friends or relatives are visiting I would not hesitate to recommend this trip. We went to some hidden parts of the city that were super and Joy seemed to know everything about the places we were going to. We were not rushed, we had great conversation. Honestly, everything you would want in a tour and the cost was not unreasonable. We still talk about it and consider it a bargain given the experience. Highly recommended.

5.00This 6-hour private tour of Sydney was fantastic. Daniel was our driver / guide and he was wonderful. We saw everything that we wanted to see and fully used the six hours. We arrived in Sydney via cruise ship and this was our debarkation port. We arranged for Daniel to pick us up at OPT (Overseas Passenger Terminal) along with a lot of luggage. This was very nice and convenient for us. Sydney is very organized in how they have a specific pick up area for debarking passengers. We found Daniel without any problem and he had texted us in advance so we had his contact information. Daniel had a cooler of cold water which was nice. I’m not going to list all of the places we visited. The locations match up well with the itinerary provided. I will highlight that the tour is customizable. If there is a place of specific interest, they will accommodate your interest. We did see several hidden gem locations that larger tours and larger vehicles will not visit. One thing we particularly liked was that at every location Daniel would walk with us and share information and insight. This made for a tour with a personal feel. Many tours will just let you out at each stop to take pictures, then back in the van or bus. We really appreciated that he came with us, took photos of us, and provided a personalized experience. My personal highlight is that Daniel dropped us off so that we could walk the entire Sydney Harbor Bridge. Unbelievable views and a great experience. Daniel met us at the other end of the bridge and walked us back to the van. Since we were just arriving in Sydney and had all of our luggage, we did build time into our itinerary to quickly stop at our hotel, check in, and drop off our luggage. This was a great time saver for us. One recommendation - don’t make a stop for lunch. We wanted to spend the full six hours “seeing and doing” and not sitting in a restaurant. Daniel was very flexible and we did not make a lunch stop. I also want to give a “shout out” to Leisa. She was the person with whom we coordinated and messaged to make this all happen. She was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this tour. It was an incredible way to see Sydney in a short amount of time.
