  Vincent is the best tour guide ever I met before. He picked us up at the hotel we stayed with his big van on time. He surprised, entertained, took care of our kids from the beginning to the end with his great heart. Me, my wife and others could relax and had amazing experiences in Jiufen and Yehliu Geopark. He knows everything even secret shortcuts and also booked the best seat, the top and corner of the mountain at the restaurant. I think nobody can make a reservation on the seat without him. With closing the day tour we had unforgettable memory writing wishes on lanterns and let them fly with funny stuff. I highly recommend him and this tour to everyone from all countries.   Overall great experience. All the fees for admissions were covered in the price so there were no additional charges that we had to worry about. Our driver and guide Caleb communicated really well with pick-up. He really took his time with us and we never ever felt rushed. Caleb was friendly and informative about the sites and activities. He was also very thoughtful for suggesting an alternative path for my mom and aunt who are seniors. Overall it's a nice way to see more of Taiwan on a very good day trip. The sea is beautiful and weather was perfect. The waterfall was very nice and it was good to see the lush forest. Jiufen is iconic, but understandably very crowded. It's highly recommended if you want to check a bunch of things off your to-do list.

  Our driver/guide, Hicks Wang, was the best! He was punctual, a very good driver, and provided a lot of great information throughout the tour. He came prepared with raincoats and umbrellas for us! He navigated the best routes to take to get around the crowds and he made sure we stopped and experienced the popular food in the area. He took us to the best spots and offered guidance on how to take great photos…memories we will keep forever! Xiexie Hicks!

  Our guide, Paul, was extremely informative and knowledgeable about our tour and we enjoyed our day with him. The attended attractions were amazing to see and Paul went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful. Highly recommend!

  Cody was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Helped navigate the crazy crowds at all the stops, especially Jiufen, and took us through lesser known alleys and short cuts to get to great scenic views with less of the chaos!

  I had a great time on my tour with Aaron. He had a lot of knowledge on the different places we visited. It was great to have someone friendly to chat with, especially as a solo traveller. The car was comfortable. I unfortunately had terrible weather on the day - despite it looking fine when we were leaving my hotel. I had brought an umbrella, but luckily Aaron had a larger one in the car as it was needed. I am a pretty adventurous person so I did not mind too much with being out in the very windy and rainy weather (this is mainly a problem for the Geopark) but I think most would have given up. Would probably be good to have an alternative to offer in case of the bad weather like I had. If it is raining or any chance of rain, I would encourage participants to bring a change of clothes as I was then wet for remainder of the day despite umbrella. The waterfall was nice but honestly not that exciting and could definitely be skipped. Maybe the option for a slightly shorter and cheaper day and not bother with the waterfall would be good to offer?

  Chiao Chiao was an excellent and informative tour guide. She was fun to spend time with and very accommodating and attentive to our interests. We enjoyed our visits and time being outside the city. Highly recommended !

  The weather wasn’t very favourable but the trip was great Loved it Our tour guide was Allen / couldn’t ask for a better guide. He is so lovely, caring and knowledgeable Recommend this trip
