  A full day excursion to Mount Fuji and surrounding area. Early start but well worth it to avoid the worst of Tokyo’s morning traffic. The tour was efficiently organised by our guide/driver Maz who did a good job shepherding us from place to place.

  What a great day. We visited a shrine, went to a wonderful small village and ate skewered mochi with teriyaki sauce, rode around a lake on a speed boat it was amazing. The Japanese BBQ restaurant across the street from the boat dock was definitely a highlight. The last stop was Mt. Fuji and it did disappoint.

  Original pricing increased by ~ 20% once the tour operator realized where we were being picked up to start our tour. Then we needed to adjust that pickup, and the cost was not adjusted...feels like the pricing is somewhat arbitrary (and not cheap). No water or snacks included for the entire day. Instead, we were dropped at a local restaurant mid-tour without assistance with language or consideration for food allergies (which we have). Tour guide/Driver was very nice, but it was hard to hear and understand from the back-seat, which is where passengers are expected to sit. Access to parking close to attractions was nice, and we say some interesting sights with some insightful explanation...but not great. I would use this service in the future, but would work more closely with local operators to plan our day. Start time and collection location was a bit uncertain, the itinerary was never communicated, and amenities/considerations for dietary needs/preferences were missing. For a higher end personalized driving tour like this, I'd expect a few questions clarifying these things, and better coordination on pricing and details like pickup time and what we were to see (with option to adjust for weather, etc.). Driver did have umbrellas for us all when we arrived at Station 5 on Mt Fuji, so that was very nice.

  We had a wonderful day with our guide Puskal. We visited Lake Kawaguchiko, Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine, the Oshino Hakkai Village, Mount Fuji and Arakurayama Pagoda. He managed to control the schedule in a way that we could see Mount Fuji without any clouds during the afternoon period, since it was very cloudy in the morning. We also had a delicious lunch in a Ramen Restaurant that Puskal recommended. We loved it! An incredible tour in our last day in Tokyo!

  We were collected from the hotel door. The good knowledge of our guide, lead to an early start to avoid traffic jams. Which was a good idea (6:00 pm). He answered our many questions and brought life in the experience. We were asked to decide for different locations to stop by and he adjusted the tour every time. We drove to the 5th Fuji station, which is the last one for cars. There we could look around an made many pictures. After one hour, this was our choice, he drove us to a speedboat tour, to make pictures of course. And at last we visited the postcard picture shrine for our last Fuji experience. After that we had a small break for dinner and he drove us to a point we wished for in Tokio to end our personal tour, I would do it again. Additionally our guide was fluently in english.
