After you booking the transfer, you will receive a confirmation message from us. When you arrive at the beautiful city of Tokyo. Your driver will be waiting for you with a welcome board in the Narita International airport (NRT) Airport's arrival hall so you can find your driver easily. Your driver also will trace your flight information even your flight is delay. After your flight arrival your driver will be waiting for you 90 minutes for free. When you meet your driver who will help with your luggage and take you straight to your hotel in Yokohama city by comfortable vehicle. Travel one-way in style in a private taxi type sedan or mpv / van with up to 9 people in your group (depending on option selected). Our service hours are from 5:30 am to 10:30 pm. Additional charges will apply if requested out of this period hours.

5.00The driver met us at Narita airport with clear instructions where to meet him . The car was spotless and he dropped us at our hotel in Yokohama which took 1 1/2 hrs . Would highly recommend if need this type of transportation

5.00Overall a great experiene. I was contacted through WhatsApp a few days prior to my arrival from the Driver Zou introducing himself and confirming. I had booked the pickup about an you after arrival because I was not sure how long it would take ot get through Immigration and Customs. I ended up getting through both in about 20 min. I sent Zou a message and told him I finished much quicker than expected and he said no worries he would be there in 10 min. I told him where I was and approx 10 min later he walked up. It was about an hour and a half to get to my hotel but it was a plesant ride overall. Zou did not speak english but that was no issue at all. He was plesant and the ride was very relaxing.

4.00Great service from the local agent. All my questions were promptly answered and concerns were resolved. Spacious car. Contacted by our driver with clear instructions and on time. We arrived early and he informed us how to proceed. Contact was through WhatsApp and clarified with pictures. Great service! Quick and safe drive. Suggestion: a small step up to get into the vehicle would have been helpful for elderly people.
