The tour operator is not responsible for last minute, unpredictable closures, strikes or union meetings of St Peter's Basilica. Nevertheless, the tour operator will be happy to offer customers an extended tour for the remaining time.
For the 3hours, 4hours and 5hours option: During the Jubilee, if the Basilica reaches full capacity, access will unfortunately not be allowed, and this will be beyond our control. In such a case, more time will be spent inside the museums.

You will be taken to the usually packed museum entrance, where you will meet you private tour guide and, with your "skip the line" ticket, you will skip the huge entry line and access the metal detector check. 3.00Driver/pick up from hotel was very accomodating with mobility needs of guest. Very nice vehicle. Private tour guide Louisa was excellent. Unfortunately we only completed the museums part of the tour+coffee before 1 member of our 3 was injured and needed to be taken to hospital by ambulance. Louisa stayed with us until ambulance left and she set us up with a taxi and gave instructions to the driver. We are disappointed to miss seeing Sistene Chapel and Basilica and having Louisa's excellent commentary

5.00Absolutely amazing tour! We had Elisa and she was wonderful! So well educated and excellent at giving us the highlights while going into detail on the important things. We had landed in Rome just a few hours before and were weary about getting right to it but we are SO glad we did as it was such an incredible experience seeing everything. Driver service was wonderful too and made the experience that much more seamless. Skip the line tickets as well! Highly highly recommend
