Through your site I rented and had paid in full a car/mulita for approximately $105 dollars. I went directly to the exact address indicated on the voucher @ Martinez auto rentals. I only saw an empty lot with a sign of Martínez Auto Rental and their contact number. I called the contact number twice and left them a message to call me back and NO ONE returned my call or contacted me. I requested a refund because I never received the service from them. The vehicles are falling apart, had mechanical issues. While driving everything in the car rattled, the bench was sliding as it was not secured, the mirrors would bounce and not stay put. Most importantly the keys came out while driving. Once I reach our first destination and went to leave the vehicle would not start, spent 30 minutes calling the agency and viator, before finally getting hold of Christian. Christian had no answers and said he was on his way to where we were. Then another employee called me and had to walk me through to find the battery to check and see if the cables were properly attached. Now I had to play the role of mechanic and troubleshoot. Do NOT rent here, as cars are old anot properly maintained, so many other options for same price or less but with newer well maintained vehicles

The vehicle was crap. Stalled at every red light. Gas pedal detached and I had to press on a knob. Most seat belts were not operational. Battery connector detached and Cristian Martinez (operator) hung up on me when I called for assistance. Yet he kept texting me to return on time. A nice man from a dive shop helped us open the engine and reconnect the battery otherwise we’d still be there. I tipped him. Martinez wanted money for the gas after all that! Do not deal with this guy!

The vehicles were a lot of fun. We rented three, with some in better condition than others. Check the pedals before you accept the vehicle. Also, take a picture of the gas level. We had to fill up the tank right away which wasn’t expected.
