3.00The lounge was ok. Having been in the Virgin Clubhouse on the way out it had a lot to live up to and sadly didn’t. We were there in the morning and the breakfast choices were ok but like a canteen and everything was on paper plates or in plastic cups. It really didn’t feel like a premium lounge at all. There were no bins that we could see and the staff were slow to clear up rubbish. Overall pretty disappointing and a lot of room for improvement. We got access due to flying upper class with Virgin but if I’d had to pay for the experience I would have given it one star. The rest of the airport was really beautifully designed and clean.

5.00We were on our way to Bangkok with friends and made a stop over there..... A very nice airport with everything you need, there are also tuxedo areas there....... The airport is very clean

5.00Very nice and clean terminal 4 . Looks more organised than before. The food court was very clean. Only problem is they dont have more options on lounge

2.00Coming from India, we landed in Terminal 4 - but the lounge is located in Terminal 1. There is no possibility for international travellers to leave the terminal. So we could not use the booked lounge, the booking has expired. However, Terminal 4 is located in the 1. OG a business lounge, which is also available for spontaneous rent on site.

5.00I would like to thank the manager of the lounge Mr. Rameesh for excellent care of me and all the guests in the Lounge! He is so helpful, so kind, he is always busy helping the guests, checking if everything is good with the food and service, always smiling. I really enjoyed! He makes the atmosphere different!

4.00It's a clean lounge, busy, but well managed, it is more a pay as you go lounge than a true business lounge, better than others. Lovely staff on the 1st coffee bar
