4.00Our tour with Ramon was good. I would rate Ramon a 5, however the Volvo that 5 adults traveled in was too small for 5 and for that reason I will rate the tour as a 4. Three adults sat on the back row and were all sandwiched together. It was very uncomfortable for us all while we traveled from one location to another. The tour was also 10 hours and we were exhausted by the time we finished. Being crowded in the car and the heat of the day did not help. I personally think several of the stops to just take a photo were a waste of time and this tour should not be 10 hours.

3.00We began on our trip with Gasper. We had a small group of 8 people. Couple of people we were traveling with kept disappearing and would not stay with the group and guide. Gasper did his best to try to accommodate and navigate around this. Due to the inconvenience and inconsiderate behavior of this 1 traveler with us we lost time and was able to not visit the places in the itinerary. We did not get to do the Gothic Quarters and some other places. The restaurant he recommended was on point and his explanation of the places was wonderful. So because of one the travelers in our group it cause our trip to get the rating it did, else it would have been a 5 star rating. I felt so bad for our tour guide. Due to this one traveler disappearing so much I think it took an hour out of our tour.
