Each ticket is valid for one Sampan Ride per person; all guests including children require a valid ticket.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult (18+), who must also hold a valid ticket.

Minimum height requirement is 85 cm; children below this are not permitted on the ride.

Pregnant guests are not allowed to participate for safety reasons.

Each boat accommodates up to 6 guests and may require shared seating.

Guests must remain seated throughout the ride and follow all safety instructions.

Big groups of 10 or more should contact customer service in advance.
