Booking Confirmation After completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation with instructions. At this stage, flight details and drop-off location are required to properly schedule your pickup. The service includes flight tracking to automatically adjust for delays or early arrivals. Final pickup instructions, including the exact meeting point, are provided prior to your arrival. Arrival at the Airport Once you land, proceed to the designated pickup area outside your terminal. If meet-and-greet service is selected, the driver will be waiting inside the terminal with your reservation name. Please keep your phone accessible in case coordination is needed. Driver Assignment and Boarding Your driver will be assigned based on your group size and logistics. Vehicles may include vans or minibuses depending on the number of passengers and luggage. For larger groups, transportation may be coordinated with multiple vehicles to ensure efficient loading and departure. Transfer to Your Destination Once your group is ready, you will be transported directly to your hotel or accommodation in the San Juan metro area.
