Booking Confirmation After completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation with instructions. At this stage, flight details and drop-off location are required to properly schedule your pickup. Pre-Arrival Coordination Your transportation is scheduled based on your flight arrival time at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. The service includes flight tracking to automatically adjust for delays or early arrivals. Final pickup instructions, including the exact meeting point, are provided prior to your arrival. Arrival at the Airport Once you land, proceed to the designated pickup area outside your terminal. If meet-and-greet service is selected, the driver will be waiting inside the terminal with your reservation name. Please keep your phone accessible in case coordination is needed. Driver Assignment and Boarding Your driver will be assigned based on your group size and logistics. Vehicles may include vans or minibuses depending on the number of passengers and luggage. For larger groups, transportation may be coordinated with multiple vehicles to ensure efficient loading and departure. Transfer to Your Destination Once your group is ready, you will be transported directly to your hotel or accommodation in the San Juan metro area. Travel time typically ranges between 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. Drop-Off You will be dropped off at your selected location, such as Isla Verde, Condado, Old San Juan, or Miramar. The driver will ensure a smooth and safe arrival at your destination.
