1.00I am trying to get a refund as my pick up point was given as my hotel in Bologna. I got called to ask where I was as tour leaving from San Marino - clearly a miscommunication between what I booked and what was ticketed. I hope between Viator and tour operator they see their way to refund and admit their mistake and not mine. Needless to say I was very disappointed to miss trip. I am now extra cautious about pick up location. Keep screenshots of pick up and drop off details - fortunately I did!
