  The STGO pass by Turistik was fantastic. I can’t say enough about the staff we met in Santiago that works for Turistik. Everyone we met was fabulous. The pass was so incredibly easy to use. You just walked right to the entrance and showed your pass and went on (hop on hop off, cable car, etc).

  We took a one-day HO,HO tour around the city using the Turistik bus. Booking was made on line and worked well, just needing the provided QR code to be presented each time we joined the bus. The first bus set off at 9.20 am from stop #1 near Araucano park and wasn't easy to find as the specific location is not shown on line. Buses run approx every 30 mins and a multi-lingual commentary is provided between stops via ear phones provided. A map is also provided to enable you to plan which stops to take We got off at stop #3, took the cable car up to the top of San Cristobal and the funicular railway back down ( both included in the Turistik ticket) to join again at stop #4. The position of stop #4 was not marked on the road. Similarly stop #7 and #10 was unmarked. The last bus at stop #10 was circa 5.00pm. Although not on the official bus stop list, the bus does actually drop off and pick up on the Alonso de Cordova road opposite the Marine Las Condes hotel after the first circuit has been completed. In summary: Easy to book, easy to use, helpful tour guides on the bus, multi-lingual commentary, frequent timetable and good value. Would have scored 5 if the bus stops were well signposted and easy to find.

  My experience with the Turistik / City Tour Hop On Hop Off in Santiago was simply regrettable. I bought 4 tickets (2 adults and 2 children). We were told in the store and inside the bus that the vehicles would pass the stops every 25 minutes. That didn't happen. At the Bicentennial Park stop, we waited far beyond the promised time. From the company’s official app, it was clearly seen that the bus simply ignored the stop, following straight down the expressway. That is: it was not a delay, it was a non-compliance of the route. The result: we were abandoned, without any immediate support. We had to walk back for about 6 km, under strong sun, with two children, because the contracted service failed completely. I contacted the SAC at the time of the incident. They acknowledged the problem, but refused to reimburse a service not provided. The only “solution” offered was rescheduling, future discount or transferring the ride to another person — completely inappropriate alternatives for those who are on a journey and were objectively harmed. I made it clear that I wanted a refund, which was again denied, even in the face of evidence, prints of the app and detailed report. The final answer was basically: publish wherever you want, we will do nothing. This reveals a company that: • Doesn't meet what you sell • Does not respect the consumer • Do not take responsibility when wrong • Push damage to the customer I do not recommend it in any way. There are much better options in Santiago. If you value your time, your money and especially your family, stay away from Turistik.

  It was the best decision to go around Santiago in Turistik buses. Want to really call out Karen Duran and Carlos Diaz, they went out of the way and dropped us to our preferred stop even though the bus services were closed for the day.

  A complete service for you to know Santiago from one end to the other. Because it is low season, should have more affordable prices, since when we buy, we do not take knowledge of the inactivity of services, making you who bought a superplus ticket for 2 days, consume your ticket going to places that are not functioning.
