PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF POLICY:
- Pick-up and drop-off service is available at hotels located in the central District 1 area (excluding Đa Kao Ward and Tân Định Ward), including hotels along the following streets: Lý Tự Trọng, Lê Thánh Tôn, Trương Định, Nguyễn An Ninh, Phan Chu Trinh, Lưu Văn Lang, Lê Anh Xuân, Đồng Khởi, Nguyễn Huệ, Thi Sách, Thủ Khoa Huân, Thái Văn Lung, Mạc Thị Bưởi, Hồ Huấn Nghiệp, Nguyễn Thái Bình, Lê Thị Hồng Gấm, Bùi Thị Xuân, Sương Nguyệt Ánh, Nguyễn Văn Cừ, and Ký Con.
- For areas outside the above-mentioned locations, pick-up and drop-off service is not provided. Guests are kindly requested to assemble at our office, located at 133 Đề Thám Street, Cô Giang Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, for tour departure and conclusion.
- Please note that we are not responsible for late arrivals.

Please notify us no later than 5:00 PM on the day prior to departure in case of any changes or special requests. We are unable to accommodate requests made after this deadline or on the day of departure.
Cancellations or postponements made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to departure, or on the day of departure itself, will be subject to a 100% charge of the tour price.
