3.00Itinerary good but driver’s command of English was lacking resulting in a very stressful return journey to ship us arriving just in time to get on last tender before ship left!! He needs to give information about areas visited and chat with clients without having to be prompted continuously. Wish him well in his business , as a very pleasant helpful young man overall, but needs more experience as a tour guide.

5.00The experience was great - the scenery was beautiful and guide Oka was fantastic. Oka's English was fantastic and he was very informative. He knew the area very well. The highlight for us was the waterfall which was beautiful - a bit of a hike to get to so some of our 60+ family members skipped it but it was worth the hike. The driver and guide went out of their way to make sure our family and 3 young kids had a good time and answer any question we have.

5.00We had a tender into this port and many people were getting sick on the Celebrity Millenium so we opted out of our tour even though we’d incur a loss. The tour company for this tour was gracious enough to transfer it for us for our excursion in Bali. Our driver in Bali, Madock was exceptionally good. He took us to so many places, stopped so we could exchange money and buy some wine.Spoke great English, very friendly. We had such a great time. We definitely tipped him well for his time and kindness

5.00We had an excellent experience with our local guide Hendri. He discussed with out what we would like to see and we had a bespoke tour that our 7yo really enjoyed. We really enjoyed the waterfalls and the temples. Hendri was very informative providing lots of details and sharing a lot of information. We would highly recommend and we would even consider doing another tour if we visit the north of Bali again.

5.00When you book a guide/ tour one hopes for kind, attentive and helpful. And sometimes you get adorable too. Nova was all of those, and showed us such a wonderful day around celukan bawang. He answered our many questions and enjoyed sharing this port with us. Viator ever disappoints. Nova contacted us through WhatsApp so he knew exactly when our tender was arriving. He came early. It was a wonderful, lovely day we spent with him. Thank you, Nova.

5.00A great day full of authentic experiences seeing real Bali. Our guide Fendy was so lovely, friendly, chatty and welcoming. We visited temples, lakes, a local market, had a beautiful lunch and a trip to the waterfalls. We also really enjoyed seeing monkeys in the forest and visited a spice garden. Book it you won’t be disappointed. p.s ask for Fendy! 😀😀
