Visiting three different dive sites you'll discover the abundant marine life and diversity of coral which the Great Barrier Reef is world-famous for.
The friendly crew will be happy to answer any questions you have throughout the day. The boat features full bar facilities, fresh water showers and expansive sundecks overlooking the Coral Sea. A tropical buffet lunch will be served between sites, along with morning and afternoon tea.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Minimum age for introductory scuba diving is 12 years. All diving participants will be required to complete a health questionaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
After a single dive, a wait of 12 hours is recommended before flying. If doing multiple dives, an interval of 24 hours is recommended.

Silversonic Dive & Snorkel
Your day begins with pickup from your Port Douglas hotel. The fastest ride out to the reef from Port Douglas, the ultra modern 29 meter catamaran will be your base for the day. Throughout the day you'll visit three locations on Agincourt Reef, each showcasing a different aspect of the beautiful Great Barrier Reef. The cruise has exclusive access to 22 premier internationally recognised reef sites and you have the choice to snorkel, dive or a combination of both. The friendly crew will be happy to answer any questions you have throughout the day. The boat features full bar facilities, fresh water showers and expansive sundecks overlooking the Coral Sea. A tropical buffet lunch will be served between sites, along with morning and afternoon tea.
Agincourt Reef
Agincourt Reef sits at the very edge of the Great Barrier Reef, a ribbon reef running parallel to the Continental Shelf. There is a multitude of marine life at Agincourt Reef, from tiny iridescent fish seeking shelter in their coral homes to massive giant clams weighing up to 200 kilograms (440 pounds).

5.00Had an amazing time diving on Silversonic! The corals were insane and we saw so many sharks. Special mention to Gordon , he even managed to find a shark hidden in a cave!! Thank you 🫶🏼

5.00To The entire team of Silversonic - Thank you. They were very friendly, patient and made all of us very comfortable. Gordon was our dive instructor and he was extremely patient and understanding as it was our first dives. I was able to do two intro dives and by the second dive, I was able to move around myself and he was closely watching us to ensure we were absolutely safe. The food was great and plenty. There was plenty of cookies/biscuits and coffee/tea before we left and again later in the afternoon. The photographer ensured we all got our time in the Reef captured. While the sea was rough and bumpy on the way back, the skipper ensure we all got back safely ! Kudos to him ! The crew also offered sea sickness tablets which we bought and glad we did. All in all, a great day and crew. Highly recommended!

5.00The day was beautiful, perfect for the reef tour! A special shoutout to Gordon, what an amazing person! He took the time to show me around as I was a first-timer and gave me the confidence to try snorkeling by myself. And guess what? I saw a turtle, it was as close as arm’s length! I couldn’t believe I was able to do it on my own. Thank you, Gordon—you’re amazing! A special mention to the staff, thank you for looking after all of us. The food was great and you kept checking on us to make sure we’re ok!! Thank you for your hospitality guys!!
The snorkeling was good, and the staff was great except for the captain who was rude.
