  This was a perfect way to spend a 3 hour stop over on a long haul flight. A shower , good food and drink.

  We arrived to find we had no access to the lounge. The lady at the counter tried to contact your company but to no avail. I tried ringing to no avail. When finally someone contacted us we were told we already had the tickets but the girl at the desk said she could let us in with the paperwork we had. I would like our money back. We haven't used the money we paid you so I would like a refund asap. Ps. The Maharaja lounge had no operating toilet or showers on the day we arrived.

  Would give 0 stars review if we had an option. Purchase misleading, you click 6hrs with shower, yet voucher is split into three hour increments. This means you have to exit then re-enter for last three hours. This itself is a pain, however, that's if you are lucky enough to even gain admission due to capacity! Second choice of lounge is sub-par at best. Ended up in public area of airport, do not recommend

  Singapore – Changi Airport is much more than just a stopover: it is a real experience to live. Very modern, impeccably organized and designed to amaze, it manages to turn waiting time into something surprising and pleasant. The beating heart is the Jewel, where you are literally speechless in front of the highest internal waterfall in the world, an architectural and scenic masterpiece surrounded by a lush forest. A place that invites you to stop, observe and enjoy the atmosphere, especially in the evening hours when lights and sounds make the show even more suggestive. Inside the airport there are real natural oases, such as the space dedicated to butterflies, where tropical specimens fly free among plants and flowers, creating a relaxing and unique environment for an airport stopover. Added to this are walkable aquariums, art installations, green paths and relaxation areas that make every corner interesting to explore. Digital installations and ceilings with three-dimensional images are also very fascinating, transforming spaces into futuristic environments, capable of combining technology, design and well-being. Everything is taken care of in every detail, from cleanliness to organization, up to the quality of services. Changi is the perfect example of how an airport can become a destination in the destination, ideal for both business and vacation travelers. A place where the journey begins — or ends — in the best possible way.   Sometimes limited food options. Also can be crowded at times. Some Staff not very helpful. Easy to find.

  The staff is ver friendly. The lounge is spacious, quiet, clean and very comfortable. It has showers and massage chairs..

  The worse lounge I have ever been in. The food was cold. I had to ask for the gin bottle to be replaced as it was on the shelf empty. I had to ask for an empty glass as there was non on the shelf. Dishes used by other travellers were not removed when used so there were no clean tables. The desk clerk however was extremely helpful when my entry ticket would not work due to a technical error. I would not visit it again and cannot recommend it.

  I was sent to three different lounges before gaining access to the third. Disappointed! Check you are in the right lounge. I could only gain access to a fairly basic lounge - showers were awful. Nowhere to put luggage. No bath mat or seat. Small space with hand luggage to keep dry.
