The ticket has a short validity period, and non-refundable. If it's a long time before your travel date, we usually make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, just in case of your flight change or cancellation.

The worse lounge I have ever been in. The food was cold. I had to ask for the gin bottle to be replaced as it was on the shelf empty. I had to ask for an empty glass as there was non on the shelf. Dishes used by other travellers were not removed when used so there were no clean tables. The desk clerk however was extremely helpful when my entry ticket would not work due to a technical error. I would not visit it again and cannot recommend it.

I was sent to three different lounges before gaining access to the third. Disappointed! Check you are in the right lounge. I could only gain access to a fairly basic lounge - showers were awful. Nowhere to put luggage. No bath mat or seat. Small space with hand luggage to keep dry.

The lounge was fine but it was a bit of a pain getting the QR code to enter. Had to send several emails to get this. You get a voucher from Viator but the entry QR code is supposed to come from the local supplier and it didn’t.

If you buy your tickets through Viator it is challenging to use. Just buy them directly at the lounge.
