The ticket has a short validity period, and non-refundable. If it's a long time before your travel date, we usually make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, just in case of your flight change or cancellation.

3.00If you buy your tickets through Viator it is challenging to use. Just buy them directly at the lounge.
A ticket is a ticket and if paid for should not require a QR code to validate it

4.00When you buy your “ticket” that should be the end of it. This tour operator sends you a QR code just days before your tour which is pretty nerve racking.

4.00When you buy your ticket you are given a bar code but are warned that to validate your “ticket” to get entry into the lounge you need a QR code sent by the tour operator. However, they only send this to you about 48 hours beforehand. This is nerve racking to leave this sort of thing to the last minute

3.00Lovely lounge with great facilities, food and drink BUT too crowded - we struggled to find two chairs together to sit down. A lot of people were spread out over 2 and 3 chairs sleeping. Even though every booth had a sign saying a minimum of 4 people were required to use it. There was just one person in each booth, spread out and fast asleep. Staff should be monitoring this more closely.
