5.00The cloud forest was incredible, so beautiful and interesting with so much information. The Skyway was awesome too, great views from up there, though a much shorter experience than the cloud forest.

4.00No problem with getting the tickets or using them. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to go up on the the skyway and as it was pouring down rain and late in the evening so didn't try to get a refund. The gardens were wondering lots to see especially during Chinese New Year! Not sure if I could have gotten my money back b/c of weather?

5.00Had an awesome afternoon and evening out at this amazing place. And our Viator tickets worked ever so smoothly. Just scanned them at the entrance of each attraction. And the Viator and team even changed our day with no problems as an attraction was closed the previous day.

5.00Very nice to be able to walk the skywalk and see almost everything in the Gardens! Really enjoyed visiting the Floral, Flowers and Jurassic Domes! You will need. Bit of stamina to visit everything but worth the effort! We had. Little trouble getting all our tickets but the operator in India I believe was helpful in making sure we had everything we needed!

1.00This vendor provided tickets but absolutely no support. No information about how to find the shuttle from MRT to the venue, no information about when to expect the actual tickets (as opposed to just the voucher)—until I called 3 times to find out that the tickets would arrive NOT 24 hrs before the event but st 9pm the night before. Terrible service all the way around.

1.00The OCBC Skywalk was cancelled on the day of our tickets so we were prohibited from going on it. So we couldn’t use the tickets we paid for. We have requested a refund from the supplier but to date they have not responded to us. They have basically stolen our money. Not happy.
App is difficult to use in Asia. I would advise booking a different vendor. The tour itself was excellent.
