4.00Excellent river cruise with recorded audio information. Highly recommend it for first time tourists. Only glitch was we were not able to initially get the QR code, just bar coded tickets. An elderly woman at the kiosk, refused us entry, told us our tickets were with another company in a different area. After double checking the meet up point, we knew we were in the correct place, a younger girl, helped us get the QR code from our email and we got on the boat thankfully at the last minute.

1.00I couldn’t ride the boat because the counter people didn’t recognize the ticket. They said this ticket is not ours, please go there, then I was told same thing from the another ticket counter. Never use this service again

1.00Very disappointed, ordered on line. When we got there had no online tickets and by time we was able to be in contact with u . We couldn't go. Even though u said u will let us go the next day, we were leaving. So lost our mo b ey

4.00Good value for money compared to some other similar cruises. Disappointed I didn't see the light show from Marina Bay.as it was a lovely evening. Time not quite right I guess. Pretty basic but safe and friendly. Very popular and the booking e ticket system worked well. Interesting commentary and glad I went.

1.00They don’t exist. No one knew anything about the ticket I bought. Complete scam. Not one boat was interested in the ticket I had.

4.00It was lovely to just sit and take in the beautiful lights and buildings. It was a bit difficult to find were the boat was leaving from so maybe clearer instructions as where it departs from

5.00Definitely get to your boat 15 mins before departure. The boat leaves on time. If not a couple mins early (when the boat is full). Amazing experience
