The twin 88-story steel and glass buildings known as the Petronas Twin Towers (or Petronas Towers), completed in 1996, are icons of Malaysia. Designed to symbolize courage and the country’s advancement, the towers connect by a double-decker Skybridge between the 41st and 42nd floor—the world’s tallest two-story bridge of its kind—forming the shape of an “M” for Malaysia.

1.00There is NO FRONT OF THE LINE!! They stopped it, " a while back " according to the fine gentleman I talked to. Paid extra for something I didn't get. The ticket they sent was NOT an QR code but a scan code. The QR code was in another WhatsApp text . However, got an email that said this is. your ticket. Completely. my fault for not double checking, but don't understand sending the QR code and the Scan code ticket

5.00Slightly confusing booking process as I booked for a certain time & received confirmation but was then contacted via what’s app a few weeks later advising what times were available. The time I booked was not available but as our plans had changed we booked a different time that suited us. Received confirmation via what’s app & email (from Viator). I was concerned it might be a scam but we arrived at the towers yesterday & all ok! Very well organised, fantastic views (we were there 7pm) & watched the sound & light show once we were back down.

5.00Access is easy, there is not much going on because there are almost only the people who have tickets. We stopped by the day before. You could have got tickets the day before and the same day. There were no queues at all. Everything is well organized, there are only about 15 to 20 people each in the groups, it is both on the Skybridge, and in the 86th. Floor enough time to take pictures. In the 83rd. Stock is the souvenir shop, you can stay there for a long time. All relaxed.

5.00This worked perfectly. Our tickets were emailed to us immediately. We arrived 30 min early and we were actually able to go a little early. It was well worth going up the Petronas tower

1.00Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday to Malaysia due to the war in the Middle East. We tried to cancel this tour but were advised it was non-refundable. We did read that when we booked it but thought the company could have made an exception due to the circumstances. We had other tour booked which we cancelled and received refunds for all of them. Poor customer service!
