The twin 88-story steel and glass buildings known as the Petronas Twin Towers (or Petronas Towers), completed in 1996, are icons of Malaysia. Designed to symbolize courage and the country’s advancement, the towers connect by a double-decker Skybridge between the 41st and 42nd floor—the world’s tallest two-story bridge of its kind—forming the shape of an “M” for Malaysia.

Due to system error I did not receive the tickets on the day of the event which would be 23/11 at 18:15 hs , through embarrassment and frustration I request cancellation of the purchase and refund of the amount!

The Design of the Petronas Towers was impressive and would say to get the best view from them you need a clear day. At nighttime when they light up, shows the true detail and look fantastic.

Easy to book and some good reminders from Tripadvisor - leave plenty of time to get there traffic and peak times can be challenging. Some directions on best drop off points and access from KLCC would be useful - albeit once inside Suria KLCC it is well signed.

It’s a must when visiting KL. well organised, not rushed, and not to many people at any one time. Views are amazing.

Petronas Towers are GREAT, but, there is no such thing as a skip the line ticket, you have to queue up like everybody else so you might just as well buy your tickets on site, cheaper!!
Be careful with the fact that some tours are non-refundable.

We got tickets for a particular day and time, to be advised after purchasing and paying for these tickets that these were then not available at the time I just bought. I advised them that another time that they suggested was not going to work for us as we were tourists and had other sights booked. Apparently I was not allowed a refund, this is outrageous. I know that it is stated on their website but to allow me to purchase then not have those times available and still not refund is very wrong.
