Spend a full day in the Vesuvian area visiting the archaeological site of Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius.

Departing early in the morning we'll avoid the traffic and crowds ensuring a priority arrival at a destination and a unique experience!

With a shared group, you will enjoy a guided tour of Pompeii of 2 hours 30 min and then be taken up to 1000m of Mount Vesuvius, take the last 200m by foot up to the top, here you can stare down into the mouth of the volcano and then take in the breathtaking 360 degree panorama of the surrounding areas.

Great tour. What a wonderful combo of seeing the ruins and getting great views at the top of Mt. Vesuvius. Lulu was a fabulous guide who provided structure and laughs along the way. Would highly recommend.

Misleading tour in Italy! I signed up for a full day tour of Pompeii & Mt. Vesuvius from Sorrento but what I got was a half day of Pompeii. The tour title says Priority Access Pompeii & Mt Vesuvius Full-Day from Sorrento. In the description it says-Skip-the-line admission to Pompeii Archeological Site AND Mt. Vesuvius. 1 hour free for lunch. The trip was only 1/2 day at Pompeii. I did enjoy Pompeii but was disappointed I did not get to go to Mt. Vesuvius. I asked for a partial refund but my request was denied. Buyer Beware!

Pompeii guide was great. Don’t expect to see too much as it is huge. You get a good sample of the history and what is there. The walk up Mt Vesuvius is manageable (2x 66yr olds), worth the walk for the amazing views.Lunch however was a bit disappointing,€20 for a little bruschetta and vegetables , tomato pasta and an ordinary slice of rum baba, it might have been better value if the promised wine had been served, most of the group were not given the wine, the restaurant ignored our comments when we went to pay.Good bus driver Luigi and guide Mello kept us informed.

It was a wonderful day. Max made sure our day was memorable and comfortable . Max took us for a nice place for lunch and a break before teaching Mt. Vesuvius . If you get Max and Mimi (Mykala) it will be amazing.

The “Priority Access Pompeii & Vesuvius Full-Day Tour from Sorrento” was a very enjoyable and memorable experience. Our tour guide, Danielle, was excellent — very personable, kind, and organized throughout the day. She shared a lot of helpful and interesting information about the areas we visited and made the experience both fun and educational. Our guide in Pompeii, Patricia, was also outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable and brought the ancient city to life with fascinating historical details and stories. Having a guide who could explain the significance of what we were seeing made a huge difference and really enhanced the Pompeii experience. Climbing Mount Vesuvius was definitely worth it. The views were incredible, and it was amazing to stand at the edge of such a famous volcano after learning about its history and impact on Pompeii. It was one of the highlights of the tour for us. The only part of the experience that was somewhat disappointing was the lunch upgrade. We paid extra for it, but the meal itself was fairly average and nothing particularly special. Overall, though, this was a well-organized tour with excellent guides and unforgettable sights. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Sorrento area who wants to experience both Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius in one day.

The itinerary was great and Amalfi coast was amazing. What made it even better was our the tour guide Danny and driver Franco. Our tour guide was energetic and humorous ,and created great banter and conversation during the day. Having a good tour guide can make the day a great adventure with fun memories.

This was a great family tour. Our guide of Pompeii was kind and knowledgeable. She helped us navigate through crowds while ensuring we saw all there was to see. Our driver was wonderful too. He not only ensured our safe, timely arrival, but he had fun tidbits to share about our locations. Walking to the top of Mt. Vesuvius was a bit strenuous, but you can take your time and stop along the way. Make sure to where shoes with good treads. Totally recommend.
Excellent tour, Mello was very good with all the information. Our guide Lu lu was brilliant too. Great English.

Wear walking shoes or trainers. Take water. Food at the restaurant stop is excellent, traditional Italian cooking. Fantastic value for money. Air is thin up the top of the mountain.
