Arizona state law requires children under 8 years to have either a child seat or booster. Child seats are not provided, please bring your own and notify supplier

Minimum age is 3 years and guest must inform supplier they will provide car seats or boosters.

Wheelchairs and walkers are acceptable as long as they fold up and can be slid into the vehicle. You must let the supplier know if you are bringing either.

We do not guarantee pickup for all hotels. Even if your hotel is on the list, there may be a chance you'll need to meet at an alternate location. Any guest staying outside of Phoenix, Scottsdale or Tempe will be required to meet at an alternate location to be determined by supplier. Tour supplier contact details will be provided on your pre-paid voucher.

The Grand Canyon South Rim is a 7,000 foot elevation, please note this if you have concerns about altitude.

There is NOT a restroom on the van. Comfort stops are made throughout the day.

You must let the supplier know if there are any mobility concerns that they should be aware of.

Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Any tours booked after 7:00PM Arizona time the night before the tour date might not be confirmed. You will likely have to meet at another hotel for pick up. Our office will contact you prior to 6:00am on the tour date.

Everything about this tour was wonderful. Mark H, our driver and guide, made this tour an extraordinary experience for us. We arrived at the Grand Canyon early in the day and, even though it was spring break and there were lots of visitors, he was familiar with entries that had no waiting lines. Mark took great care and pride in providing us with lots of relevant information, mixed up with funny stories. The views at the Grand Canyon and Sedona were magnificent. This was my second tour with Detours. The first tour, and tour guide, were also excellent. It is also woth mentioning the two tour coordinators from Detour, who contacted me a few days in advance to verify all the information to make sure the day ran smoothly. I fell in love with Arizona. When I come back I will take other tours with them. I highly recommend this company.

Detours was the tour organiser and Tracey was our guide and driver for a lovely day! We had an early pick up from a hotel in Scottsdale in a comfortable van with a small group of travellers. Tracey was a great fund of knowledge and throughout our tour we had enough comfort stops! Unfortunately when we arrived at the Grand Canyon there was a heavy snow shower. Luckily Tracey led us to a great view point and then we were able to have a snack at the Village. The snow disappeared and Tracey led us to a series of view points which were spectacular! We then proceeded to travel to Sedona which was lovely and the views of the rocks were great. I would love to return to stay in the town one day! All in all it was a great day out and would highly recommend Tracey as a guide and Detours as the tour organiser. Thanks again

Bruce picked us up at the hotel exactly when scheduled. He made quick work getting to the Grand Canyon and gave us lots of good information throughout the trip. I would highly recommend booking this excursion.

We had an excellent tour guide (Han) who kept us entertained and educated about the sites. The Grand Canyon was spectacular and worth the time it took to get there!
