Arizona state law requires children under 8 years to have either a child seat or booster. Child seats are not provided, please bring your own and notify supplier
Minimum age is 3 years and guest must inform supplier they will provide car seats or boosters.
Wheelchairs and walkers are acceptable as long as they fold up and can be slid into the vehicle. You must let the supplier know if you are bringing either.
We do not guarantee pickup for all hotels. Even if your hotel is on the list, there may be a chance you'll need to meet at an alternate location. Any guest staying outside of Phoenix, Scottsdale or Tempe will be required to meet at an alternate location to be determined by supplier. Tour supplier contact details will be provided on your pre-paid voucher.
The Grand Canyon South Rim is a 7,000 foot elevation, please note this if you have concerns about altitude.
There is NOT a restroom on the van. Comfort stops are made throughout the day.
You must let the supplier know if there are any mobility concerns that they should be aware of.
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Any tours booked after 7:00PM Arizona time the night before the tour date might not be confirmed. You will likely have to meet at another hotel for pick up. Our office will contact you prior to 6:00am on the tour date.

Phoenix
After departing the Phoenix metro area, our tour travels through the expansive Sonoran Desert filled with the native saguaro cactus. The scenery begins to change as we increase in elevation and views of the cactus fade into pine trees. As we continue further into Northern Arizona, we will travel the outskirts of the Route 66 town of Flagstaff and from the highway, see the San Francisco Peaks among the seemingly endless Ponderosa Pine Forest, the largest contiguous forest of ponderosa pines in the world.
Sedona
Enjoy a brief visit to the stunning red rocks of Sedona! After a photo stop at Bell Rock, you'll have approximately 30 minutes in Uptown to enjoy the shops and galleries while surrounded by the beautiful views. You'll also experience the scenic drive through Oak Creek Canyon!

5.00This was an incredible experience. Aldo, our guide for the day was awesome. Very knowledgeable, he kept things light with the group, and we had great music(classic rock) to listen to throughout the day. He also stayed off the main roads, so we were able to see a lot of sights. We made frequent, but not too frequent stops along the way, so bathroom/food needs for all, were accommodated. The helicopter tour was absolutely incredible. You need to see the canyon this way, although, this took nothing away from the ground tour as well. An absolute excellent experience, all the way around, and we'll be back again.

5.00We were 3 sisters who took the grand canyon and sedona tour on October 29th. Our guide/ driver was Han Solo (not really his name but sounds like it) and he could not have been more informative, helpful and kind. One of us needs a walker and he was right there getting it out and unfolding it each time we had to get on or off the bus. He knew just the right amount of information to give us and was an excellent driver. The bus itself was comfy and the climate was just right. I highly recommend this company and this tour

5.00We did the Grand Canyon and Sedona tour with tour guide Dan and we loved it! Dan was super informative during the whole trip, he is very knowledgeable about AZ history. The Grand Canyon South rim portion is simply Breathtaking! We were able to see the most important parts and cannot be more pleased with the way the tour was. After the Canyon we headed to Sedona, which was surprisingly beautiful!!!! Our only 2 comments are that it would be great to add more time to Sedona, as we were there for only 1 hour. And also the Van was super comfortable but missing cup holders or a place to hold personal stuff. But, in general we definitely recommend Detours, everything was how we expected. Amazing trip in AZ!

5.00It was an amazing experience. The tour guide was amazing. He knew everything. gave us great facts. Pointed us in the right direction at each location . We did a quick hike while we were at the Grand Canyon. We were able to get a drink and food in Sedona. It was just a great day to be able to see such beautiful sites that you wouldn’t normally see if you didn’t have somebody telling you where u should go. The van was super comfortable, which was great since it was a long day and drive. Would definitely do it again.
