5.00Jum our guide was very nice and fun. It s very easy to find the meeting point and very convinient to have a bus to transport you to temples to temples. We were 20 people so not so small group. The only thing I really regret was the arrival point at 7pm in MBK!! So many trafic jam... we wait so long on the same street to reach the mbk and after that we couldn t get a grab because all car was stopped.

2.00I had a very bad experience today. The local operator refused to add me to a small group and kept insisting that I join a large group on a big bus. Even after I showed them my booking confirmation, they ignored it and told me to contact Viator, where I purchased the package. As a result, I was added to a group much later and the journey started at 9:30 a.m. instead of 8:30 a.m. If there were an option to cancel the booking, I would definitely cancel it. I am very disappointed.
Way to visit Ayutthaya on a hot day!

5.00Excellent tour with an excellent guide, Paul. Good balance of scheduled and free time. My only complaint was about that we didn't know that tour was going to end at a place different from starting spot.
Heard lots of interesting history and details of Thai people, culture, and religion.

5.00Our visit to Ayutthaya was spectacular! The temples and ruins are impressive and full of history — it’s incredible to walk through such an important place for Thai culture. Each stop offered unique views and perfect photo opportunities, especially the Buddha statues and the ancient brick structures.

5.00I’d not done a solo tour before but Sam was great in making me feel welcome and including. Really knowledgable, calm and clear speaker, he showed us round 4 temples and made sure we got all the best photo spots. I’d recommend the early slots because Bangkok traffic is no joke, buses leave around 7:30am from River City

1.00The traffic was so bad that I knew we’d be a little late. I sent an email through viator to the guide and kept sending emails along the route telling him how far away we were. We pulled up to the meeting place 6 minutes late. Two vans were getting ready to leave. I went to a person packing one of the vans and showed him our ticket. He told us to go around the corner. So we walked around the corner trying to find someone. The guide asked for a picture of where we were and I sent him a picture of “The Island”. I saw a woman with a clipboard behind us and went to her to help. At 8:43 the lady said the vans had left.

5.00Phillip was great! Very well paced and we got home before 4. We get to see a lot of cool temples and everything is taken care of. My only recommendation is to have more guided tours around the ruins - Phillip knew the answers to all my questions, it would have been cool to hear from him walking around each site
