Next, head to Ellis Island to delve into the immigrant experience at the Immigration Museum, hearing stories of resilience and hope. Return to Battery Park by ferry and continue to Wall Street to see landmarks like the New York Stock Exchange and Federal Hall.
Conclude at Ground Zero, paying tribute at the 9/11 Memorial Pools and hearing the story of 9/11.

A mandatory airport grade security screening is conducted prior to boarding the ferry. This means no open containers, alcohol, weapons, large bags, luggage or scooters are allowed
Minors (17 or under) must be accompanied by an adult (25+)
If you choose to upgrade to include 9/11 Museum entry, your timed entry to the Museum will be scheduled for after the guided walking tour.
This tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly
Due to local regulations, the Statue of Liberty Museum, Ellis Island, and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum may not be open on the date of your visit

If there are only a few French-speaking or Spanish-speaking guests on the tour, you will be in a tour group with English speakers as well, and will have a bi-lingual guide who will give commentary in either both French and English, or both English and Spanish

5.00Love Liane! Energetic and knowledgeable. Kept the group together well and informed all along the way. Even helped my 85 year old mom always have a seat when opportunity arose. Walk was paced correctly, as mom had no issues keeping up, as she provided frequent stops to share and keep us together. Truly appreciated this. Id highly recommend this excursion!

5.00The tour wasn't as informative as I thought it would be. It was more self guided. The tour guide was helpful in getting you to where you needed to be. She even went the extra step and walked us to the subway and showed us how to do it and where to get off. She even offered extra tidbits about what to do and where to eat. The sights were amazing to see in person.

5.00Our guide for the 911 memorial and wall Street was Sam. He explained a lot of stuff we had no clue about. He let us take pictures through the walk. We really enjoyed the walk around the memorial and other places. I would book again if I came back for another vacation.
Uncomfortable and Rushed Tour

2.00The tour guide was knowledgeable however we felt rush. The tour was for 5 hrs and it was done in less than 4 hours. We were unable to go into the statue of liberty or go into the 9/11 museum. We were told by the Tourist guide that tour did not include tickets. Prior to the tour, I called Viator inquiring and was told that the entrance tickets were all included. We walked we over 16 miles under the sun as no easy transport was provided . I was unable to enjoy the tour as there’s no comfort for the price. I would recommend to purchase tours with a tour guide or a third vendor. We were allow 30 mins in Ellis Island enough time to grab a bite. Was unable to see the island at all. Tour guide dropped as off at the 9/11 gardens and the tour ended. There’s also no seats in the Ferry.

5.00It is alot of walking and standing. Very informative though. Would like to have spent a little more time at the statue due to the museum. My ticket had stated also that I had a ticket to the 911 museum but never got one. So double check everything.
