4.00The tour was overall very nice and informative. However, we also had very good weather. The silly thing was that we booked through Tripadvisor and were referred to Scandic Tours, but that was nowhere signposted as it was a different company before Per. Very confusing for us.

5.00Despite the rainy weather, the archipelago cruise was a very nice experience. The two-hour cruise was pleasant and the information on board was extremely exciting and informative. You got a great insight into the unique landscape of the Stockholm archipelago. Highly recommended!

1.00Very disappointing experience — would not recommend. The ticket listed a specific departure address, but there was no boat there when we arrived. We tried calling and messaging the company at the time, but got no response and ended up missing the tour. Even though the departure location was incorrect, they refused to offer a refund or reschedule us for the next day. Poor communication and no accountability.
