Wonderfull views and amazed by the building. The mirror floor wasn’t fun for our 8year old, he thought he could fell thru, and because of the mirror is was bloody hot 🙂 But overall must do experience

Most of this consists of you lining up in queues for one mirror room and a small room with balloons in it. There’s way too many people you can’t get a decent picture. Room looks much smaller than on the pictures. Takes over an hour to even get into the first room as the line is so long. So expensive for what you get. They also wouldn’t let us go on the balcony so not worth the money at all. Save your money go to the Empire State Building for a better experience

Good views and the silver balloon room is amazing but the whole experience is very crowded and it takes a really long time to get the lift up or down.

It was cool but the lines are insane. Spent more time in line than at the actual observatory. Ticket reservation was for 11:30. Got there at 11:15 and there was a really long line still for the 11am people. Got in a different line for the 11:30 people. Then you wait in line to get in, get your shoe covers and wait in line for elevator. Didn’t get in elevator until noon. Once up there it’s very crowded and the. There is another line if you want to stand in the glass box so you can see below you. Then when you are ready to leave you want in line again to get in elevator. About 30min. Really only worth it if you are going to stay awhile and eat/have drinks. I do not recommend if you have small children that do not like waiting in line or large crowds.
