Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult
Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.
All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket. Any late arrival is subject to availability and possibly a fee

5.00Amazing experience from start to finish with sensational views of New York City. From the lift journey, the design of the mirrored floors and ceiling, the brilliant ball room, the glass bottom cube and all finished outside on the observation deck. Brilliant and ‘high’ly recommend.

1.00I was looking forward to experiencing the summit as I was on a solo birthday trip and wanted to get some great shots of the city but I was stopped by a worker who told me trip-pods or camera equipment are not allowed so it definitely made the exhibit uncomfortable for me as I was alone and had to ask strangers to take pictures of me which they in fact came out horrible but hey other than that the views were absolutely stunning !
No glass elevator- not worth it 30 sec

3.00Overall the experience is great especially first two floors. Really special. The view is amazing, glass rooms unforgettable. Be aware once you climb to another floor, there is no return. The third floor is not worth it. Better to stay longer in first two. They try to sell you photos, that are pretty bad. Once you pre pay them, no money back. Even though they have a problem with fotos which they admit The biggest scam was glass elevator that takes you 12 stories higher and keeps you there for 30 seconds ;-( The lady inside was very rude. Just the regular admission ticket is enough to have a grwat tim.

4.00Amazing nighttime experience!!! I haven't visited during the day, but I feel like the nighttime experience would almost be better due to the exhibits and how its set up. The NYC skyline at night is a must see. I loved the shiny bubble room! Lots of fun! The cloud immersive experience wasn't working so one staff member said they would give us a free photo, but then later another staff member stated that they weren't, so I don't know what that was about. The area where you could sit on the glass was a bit ridiculous. It was cool, but they take 15 seconds to take their photos and then give you 30 seconds to take photos of your own. You don't really get to appreciate it at all, and there's a 10-15 minute line you have to wait in just to get the opportunity to take the photos. Scam if I've ever seen one.

5.00This is a great way to see New York from one of the highest points. We opted for a night time view to get pictures of the lights over the city. Amazing views with interactive rooms to explore. Well worth the money.

Cancelled without warning!

1.00I booked and paid for my visit three days in advance. When the day arrives and at the indicated time (7 May, 7.30pm), we are told that the visit is cancelled. That we can reschedule for another day or ask for a refund... without notice. When traveling back the next day, we had to queue up to get the refund. In the age of communications, it would have been respectful to contact customers in advance so that we can book in another of the many viewpoints of the city. U to total disrespect and consideration.... Dozens and dozens of tourists in the same situation. Bad experience
