Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.
All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket. Any late arrival is subject to availability and possibly a fee

4.00This was a fun experience and a great place to get really good views of the city. My adult daughter and I only stayed for about 45 minutes and that was plenty. We did love the views we got so that piece of it is very worth the trip.

5.00It was awesome!! So much fun!! My 9 year old son enjoyed every minute of it. Ears did not pop much on the way up but the way down was felt.

5.00Great experience overall - spend 2.5 hrs. They will provide covers for your footwear so the glass doesn't get dirty. You will experience "Instagram vs Reality" instantly especially in the balloon area (it is too small but fun) ! We didn't do Ascent -so can't comment (those tickets can be booked via summit one official site or in person). Me and my family enjoyed it! It was worth the money and time spent.

5.00This was so much fun and so amazing! It really is an experience, so many photo opportunities, amazing to see New York from so high up. The rooftop bar was a nice treat!

5.00This was such a great experience! I enjoyed every moment! When me and my friend arrived we met DAE she was sooo nice and kind! Her manager Tae and greeted us! Such a warm felt experience meeting both ladies and made it an even more amazing experience! We enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish enjoyed drinks and got our pictures taken at the end! Definitely highly recommend! Will be telling my other friends that will be visiting New York soon! Thanks again DAE and Tae for a wonderful time!
Went up a projector lit elevator with audio. And we went from room to room and floor to floor. Each room was an exhibit.

5.00If you can only do one activity, this should be the one. Amazing for children and adults! The views are breath taking. We did the Empire State Building after doing One Vanderbilt and felt like we could have done just One Vanderbilt.

4.00We as a family did this on a Saturday night. We were hoping to do it at sunset but weren't able to due to being booked up which was entirely are fault we left it late. I would definitely recommend booking this as far advance as you can. We enjoyed the experience amazing views and photo opportunities we organised and well staffed. Lift up to it is mad ear popping but fun.
