  Amazing for kids too. We loved the views, the photos, the size. My boy had a blast in the balloon area.

  First of all be prepared to queue … we did for 90 mins. However the experience was wonderful! The staff explain where to go & the fact that once you move into the next level there is no going back! The views are amazing & The Ledge is a fabulous place to have a photo. Worth the wait. My only issue was the MoS manning the ledge advised me & my husband we had 30 seconds to take our own picture however the group in front of us were taking shot after shot - she was assertive & just refused & told us to queue again & stood on the Ledge so we couldn’t take a picture… So a bit disappointing. We had a drink on the top floor which was lovely, it was a clear day & the view was amazing! Definitely worth visiting!

  What an amazing experience seeing the New York skyline lit up by night looked superb and we all really enjoyed the experience taking some great photos to look back on the experience. We all had a great time

  

  

  

  

  

• Expensive oversold queue

  Poor experience. Way over sold spent majority of my time queuing to either get up or get down from the experience. Experience was that busy we were taking up the 91st floor in the service elevator so missing out on the light show. Way overpriced, go to The Edge much better experience and higher!

  In short, I liked everything. The site, the staff cleanliness, hot water, view, wellness area etc.. I will definitely go back and recommend the experience to friends

  Brilliant for disabled access. We asked and Summit One listened. We had an amazing experience thanks to the understanding from the staff. Summit One was by far the best accessibility experience we had in New York, thank you.

  Of NY’s 5 viewpoints, it’s the best on an instagram or photogenic level for networking, the newest and the one with almost all the views of the big block’s landmarks. To the north in the distance is the One and the Brooklyn and Manhatthan Bridges. Keeping to the east you can see the Crysley Building being the best viewpoint to see up close, and the bridge with the Roosvelt cable car. In the distance from the north you can see something of the central park. To the west you can see the Edge and near the same building where we are....you can see the Empire State. After those views is of course what em Summit itself means. Three floors with different activities to highlight the photos. On the 1st it is full of mirrors, on all sides, reflecting one infinitely, on the 2nd (or serious side) is the best of all....a room full of metallic balloons that move everywhere.....and the 3rd floor is where you find the photos with the transparent floor background and outside the building facing East. There is one more paid alternative, where you get in a transparent elevator 12 floors more, it is not cool but it adds up. • Ripped us off - charged us twice

  They charged us twice A$327 and we are still waiting for a refund. First ticket machine did not issue our tickets or receipt. Said they couldn't do anything as we didn't have a receipt.
