Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult
Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.
All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket. Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee from $25.00

1.00Much ado about nothing! We visited the Empire State Building earlier that day. This was really interesting and good to learn something. The ‘experience’ that was promised was very poor and too ‘synthetic’

3.00No accessible bathroom while you are waiting in line. We waited in line for almost an hour and it was extremely warm. It was a nice day and a good introduction to my grandson to the immense size of NYC. There were no silver balls like I've seen advertised just some silver squiggles on the floor. We didn't feel it was worth the money or wait.

4.00The views are unbelievable!! It’s a bit pricey and felt sort of hyped up for tourists. It’s literally the same view from all three levels and the “immersive” experiences were eh, but I would still pay the ticket price just to get those views.

5.00Wow this building has incredible views of NYC all around which is great for taking photos and finding sites. The mirrored ceilings and floors create fascinating illusions of a grander space also fun for great pics. The experience included a balloon room (favorite for the kids), your face in the clouds and special viewing areas in unique spaces. Having been to many of the tall buildings in NYC, this is now my favorite. Hope to take more family to see the stunning Summit!
