Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult
Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.
All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket. Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee from $25.00

1.00It took 40 minutes in line before being able to view the museum and 30 minutes to exit. It seemed that the museum was overpacked this day. I didn’t enjoy this experience

4.00We visited here on our first day in NY. We were tired and the queues were massive despite having booked, literally people everywhere!! However it was pretty organised and once you get upstairs you forget about the queues. We went at night and the views were stunning and adds something different to the empire state with the mirrored room and the room full of balls/balloons. Definitely worth a visit we thought as we really enjoyed it

4.00SUMITT ONE is fantastic. We went for night time views. We had 18.30hr booked. Long qeues to get in. 45 minutes. And another 45 minutes to qeue to get out. But fantastic deck and definitely worth it.

5.00Wonderful, unique experience! We went at dusk so we could see the sunset and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed the views and the various activities on each level. Highly recommend!

1.00Hugely disappointed with one vanderbilt experience having visited with my daughter on last day of our new york trip recently. We purchased tickets at the venue only to be shown images on a laptop 5 minutes later of just how poor visibility was from the top and offered to change to another day. I explained this was not an option for us as it was last day of our trip and requested refund which was refused. I feel it was utterly deceptive of venue not to advise customers PRIOR to ticket purchase and that refunds should be offered in these circumstances. I wrote to venue to complain re this poor customer service practice but no addressing of complaint just reinforced policy of refunds not given. The experience itself was underwhelming it does not live up to the hype rooms packed and only allowed to spend short time then constantly moved on. Please think twice before booking and choose another attraction such as NY Rise which is amazing.

5.00I would definitely visit this tower. It's a lot of fun. It's a special experience. You've been here at least an hour, maybe more. You may have to wait a while before you can take the elevator up and down. Definitely recommended.

5.00Don't arrive more than 10 minutes before your booked time. Once we were through the security and queued to get into the lift the experience was amazing. We were straight into the mirrored floor and ceiling area, it was so bright. Either remember your sunglasses or when you are being provided with your foot protection covers ask for a pair then. There were helpers in the room telling you how to get some trick photos, we then went into the silver ball balloon room, such fun and brought out the child in all adults. Off to the levitation area which looked quite scary but looked great on the photos! After a little more looking around and identifying land marks we had a drink in the bar and a walk around the outside area before we descended over 100 floors in the mirrored lift in about 30 seconds! We all loved it
