Taught by a passionate friendly chef, together we will prepare hand made Fettuccine, a tomato sauce inspired by Dolce & Gabbana, as well as gelato, using fresh seasonal ingredients and tools that many already have in their kitchen.
Class includes appetizers, fantastic wine/beer, water and soft drinks. And of course you will eat everything you prepare!
The lesson is for all ages and anyone from beginner to seasoned cook. You will take home your new knowledge and impress your guests with pasta made from scratch and delight them with your home-made gelato.. You don't have to tell them how easy it is!

5.00We did the pasta and gelato class. Learned how to make pasta from scratch with just our hands and a rolling pin. Something we can do at home (with no fancy machine). Massimo was our instructor. He was amazing! We learned a lot, ate a lot and had such a fun time! My kids, who are older, really loved the class too. Would definitely recommend!

5.00Had an exceptional experience and truly the highlight of the vacation ending in Rome. First of all the people - extremely interactive, attentive to every detail and feeling the vibe of the group. Massimo brings the max to the experience with his useful tips and friendly approach. Ingridients - everythings is fresh and you feel that with every bite of your meal at the end of the experience. The group - i had a lovely family of 4 who were really open and made this workshop feel smooth despite me arriving solo.

5.00Of all the activities we have done in Italy, this is was hands down the best one. Massimo was an excellent teacher. He was informative, patient, knowledgeable and kept everyone in the class engaged. He made every person in the class feel like he was talking and teaching them one on one. The ingredients we used were delicious and he was able to teach us how to make perfect handmade pasta, sauce and strawberry gelato. I cannot recommend this experience enough. It will exceed your expectations in every single way.
