I love a tour that’s a mix of history and fascinating trivia- this was it! Our guide Vanessa, was fun and funny and a wealth of knowledge. Our group of 6 including teenagers loved it. A little light on the chocolate- only 3 stops, but what we had was terrific.

Magdalena was a pure gem!!! She was full of energy, joy, passion and knowledge. It's obvious that she loves her job!!! The walking tour was fantastic and we learned interesting (and funny) tid bits of knowledge about Zurich. They were VERY generous on the samples of chocolate (all great quality) and enjoyed the parts of the city that she showed us.

I never found the tour. I put the meeting place into Google maps and followed exactly, and there was even a building with the right name on it as written in the instructions, but apparently it wasn’t the right place. I called the tour guide 2 times and left three messages to see where I could meet them, and only one message was returned too late. I tried asking for a refund but Viator refused, so that’s why I didn’t take the tour. Other tours I’ve taken were fine but I was super disappointed this time.

Tour guide was great. Learned many things about city. For a chocolate tour there was not a lot of chocolate tasting. Only went to 3 stores.

Unfortunately, this was the worst tour I took while visiting Europe with my mom. I know since it was an inexpensive tour it wouldn't be too fancy but I expected a better experience. The tour guide was a bit inexperienced. The tour could have been organized much better. There were a lot of people on the tour (about 40). This was too many people for this tour. The chocolate shops couldn't even fit everyone in there. Therefore, we didn't even get to go in all the shops on the tour and do tastings. The tour guide bought some chocolate from the grocery store and passed it around to compare it to the "fancy" chocolate. It was a bit of an odd choice. Overall, I wish the experience was a bit better since there are so many amazing chocolate shops in Zurich.
