Great views of the Alps and Swiss countryside. Grindelwald is a cool little town. The tour guides were knowledgeable but do not need to talk the entire trip. Also there was confusion about meeting times because the guide announced different times.

It rained all day. No adjustments were made in the schedule clearly designed for good weather. Since you couldn’t take in the scenery we were stuck sitting in a restaurant for 3.5 hours. A total waste of money.

It was raining. But still very pleasant. Angela and Virgilia were very, very nice.

We were very disappointed in our experience at Grindelwald. We very much wanted to ride the cable car to Mt. First to see the view. The tour guides were insistent on selling us the ticket for 70 CHF at the beginning of the tour before we ever arrived at Grindelwald. When we arrived the weather was so rainy and foggy that we could not see any views at all. We could barely see where we were walking. What a waist of money. Very disappointed that we were pressured into buying these tickets before we reached the destination when the tour guides had to know the weather would prevent any viewing at all. They should have advised us to wait until arrival to check the weather. They gave no warnings at all. I have attached our picture for review.

The bus driver drove very smoothly. It felt as if we were on a train. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. The first stop at the waterfall was lovely but a bit short. Grindelwald was beautiful. The mountains were the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. We enjoyed taking a gondola to the top and had lunch. The food was delicious . Prices are much like those at a ski resort. The last stop in Interlaken did not feel like it was a necessity. We had a drink at the top of the Metro Hotel . Then it was time to leave. The reason I gave this trip four out of five was that we booked a bus tour due to having a senior with us. There was a lot more walking than she anticipated.up and down hills was challenging for her. The tour was well run and we made memories of incredible sites. Thank you

I just went to the bathroom to find the guide and the group disappeared and went on sightseeing, leaving me behind!

Only having one full day in Zurich I was initially not sure about doing this trip as it said it was 12hrs. I’m so we glad we booked it. Grindelwald is by far the absolute stand out of this trip. It almost doesn’t feel real when you’re at the top looking at the stunning scenery. Photos just don’t do it justice. Staff are brilliant, and very helpful too.

Make sure you have a small raincoat in case when you get to the Alps it’s raining and dress appropriately

An excellent your. The 3 stops were truly amazing. GRINDEVALD was spectacular. Take the cable cars to the top. The views of Eiger and Eiger North Face were so beautiful words do not f vet be them. Interlaken was very nice. Lauterbrennan the as a very cute village. I really liked the Swiss chalets to how vlined the main street.
