  Make sure you have photo ID. Staff at the check in desk not helpful but couldn't fault Luke or Larah who were our guides and were amazing.

  Great experience, great views , easy to do , easy to get to , viewing deck was easily one of the best things we done

  Views were awesome, didn’t feel rushed or anything but there was no one at the stand to take our picture when we entered so we never got that

• Ok Tour but opens at 11

  We bought tickets for the 10am tour but the place doesn’t open until 11am. We had to wait for over an hour! The views are great but they have posts like every 4 feet so difficult to get good pictures. Also glass was a little fuzzy

• Exciting experience with amazing views

  The whole experience was amazing ,our guide once we were strapped in and outside was very informative and kept us laughing . Once you stepped onto the glass panels you realised how high up you were. The weather was perfect and clear so you had great views of Sydney and the surrounding area .

  We really enjoyed the Sydney Tower Eye. We had our tickets ahead of time and everything went smoothly. Staff is very organized and the views are spectacular. The tower is worth visiting.

  It was interesting to see the city from that vantage point. I do believe the directions to the Eye could have specified that it is in a mall on the fifth floor. It was a little difficult to find without that information.

  Beautiful place but clean it up Almost zero fear or thrill ratio But the views are fun and beautiful During the outdoor tour, mobile phones or cameras are not allowed My advice before heading out of the top deck is to be the last... so you have enough time to take photos and nobody asks you to hurry And the best time is now Meeting Thursday Emirates +971504704900

• Sydney Tower Experience, with great staff assistance

  Both Aaron (customer service) and Bradley (our guide) were exceptional and made our visit amazing. Thank you to both of these staff members for helping to make out ttip memorable, in all the right ways. After traveling many hours to visit, impending storms loomed, threatening our experience. Aaron went above and beyond to help reschedule pur session, so we could attend, before inclement weather arrived Bradley was incredibly knowledgeable on our guide, and made the tour fantastic.
