Got to tower at 10am - the time Viator said it opened. It does not open until 11 am. Messed up our morning and lunch schedule. Elevator only holds 5-6?people so long wait. View from top excellent but not worth price.

Smooth, easy trip. It was cheaper to buy online than buy at the door. Great view of the city surrounding.

We had a ticket for the observation level. The fact that you can no longer access the restaurants levels without going all the way back down the lift to buy yet another ticket to come all the way back up? We found ridiculous. We were starving and just decided to go eat somewhere else in Sydney after visiting the observation deck level..

We had to line up for over 2 hours that nobody tells you about before buying the tickets online. There are 2 small elevators which is totally inadequate for the vast number of people wanting to see the view. The view (for 10-15 minutes) is good, but unless you are happy to stand in a line for 2 hours I wouldn't recommend buying these tickets.
