5.00Our chef Lola had us make two tapas and then two entrees. We learned how to clean and cook squid and then use it in a black rice paella as well as how to steam cod.

5.00This was such a memorable way to dine! We met some very interesting people, had great conversations, learned about cooking and Spanish culture, ate delicious food and enjoyed bottomless wine. Chef Loleo was great and the kitchen was beautiful. Highly recommend. We are a family of 6 with youngest being 13.

5.00Lola provided a wonderful experience for our family! She provided great information to learn and prepare about traditional dishes of Spain. This was a great way to spend time outside of the hustle and bustle of the city and still learn much about the Spanish culture. We were fortunate to also have other children with our group which was also nice! If I could give her 10 starts I would!
