Want a cooking class in Madrid? Come to Madrid's funnest and trendiest cooking class where we emphasize the importance of the social aspect of cooking, eating and drinking! Our professional chef will guide you through Spain's most iconic tapas that will leave your mouth watering. You will be welcomed with a glass of Cava and be taken to your personalized cooking stations where you will work in pairs and have the necessary ingredients to make 4 traditional Tapas! The cooking portion of this experience will take you on a trip through Spain as we will make one tapa from each corner of the country! The class has been created for you to be able to participate in a very hands-on workshop! Ask our chef as many questions as you want as they are also your host and has the purpose of making you and all the other guests feel at home, and of course to keep your wine glasses full! Once the class is over you will be invited to our private dining room and all the guests will sit together at our table and share the tapas but also a main course and dessert made by our chefs, Turning this experience into a 6 course menu that is paired with our bottomless wine pairing of 5 different Spanish wines!

5.00We had an amazing experience at the cooking clubhouse. The team was great and Benny took time to explain everything, sometimes 3 times for us. The food was delicious. We would definitely do it again the next time we visit Madrid.

5.00Had an amazing time at the Tapas Cooking Class. It was really hands on, with lots of guidance and tips throughout. The food was really delicious and the cava was continually topped up. It was such a fun experience and Javi was brilliant. Highly recommend it.

5.00We actually did the paella experience not the tapas and it was wonderful. Benjy our chef/instructor was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and really made the experience something special. From the beginning to the end he explained what we were doing, all of the ingredients were prepared and ready in small bowls to be added so that we could focus on the cooking and not prep. I made the seafood and my partner made the chicken and both were wonderful. After they cooked, we sat down to eat them with other foods prepared by Benjy that were all good— not to mention the wine pairings. And it was my partner’s birthday that made it all the more special.

5.00I had a marvelous evening! I felt welcome as soon as I walked inside. Food was wonderful, wine was wonderful. The chef is passionate about his craft, and I learned so much. This was a terrific experience for me as a solo traveler. I was able to have deep conversation with interesting people and a comfortable, relaxed, expertly prepared meal.

Turning out 5 separate Tapas was a rewarding experience and the way it was set up made for nice conversation with newfound friends. Will have fun memories of the evening and with the recipes in hand will anticipate taking such to my kitchen.

5.00It was a great experience and so much fun. We made 5 tapas and ate them all. The instructors were absolutely wonderful. They were there to help every step of the way. Each couple had their own cooking station and all the ingredients were prepared and ready to use. Oh did I mention the wine or cava were endless. We then enjoyed a chef prepared meal and dessert downstairs . The atmosphere was fun and festive. I would definitely do this again!!

5.00We took this tapas cooking class with four kids (ages 11–15) and every single one of us loved it. The hosts were funny, engaging, and wonderfully attentive—our stations stayed spotless and the adults’ wine glasses magically stayed full. We cooked five small, quick, and delicious dishes, which meant we got to enjoy a wide variety of Spanish flavors throughout the class. A highlight for the kids was learning how to flambé—such a fun, memorable moment! At the end, we all sat together at a beautifully set table to enjoy a main course and dessert prepared by the professionals. It truly felt special and was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Spain. Highly recommend!

5.00This was a very fun cooking class! Learning to flambé was a blast and made for some fantastic photo ops. It’s fun because you make a few small dishes so you get to eat along the way. It was so well organized with our hosts cleaning up as we went answering questions and serving wine. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Madrid
