Want a cooking class in Madrid? Come to Madrid's funnest and trendiest cooking class where we emphasize the importance of the social aspect of cooking, eating and drinking! Our professional chef will guide you through Spain's most iconic tapas that will leave your mouth watering. You will be welcomed with a glass of Cava and be taken to your personalized cooking stations where you will work in pairs and have the necessary ingredients to make 4 traditional Tapas! The cooking portion of this experience will take you on a trip through Spain as we will make one tapa from each corner of the country! The class has been created for you to be able to participate in a very hands-on workshop! Ask our chef as many questions as you want as they are also your host and has the purpose of making you and all the other guests feel at home, and of course to keep your wine glasses full! Once the class is over you will be invited to our private dining room and all the guests will sit together at our table and share the tapas but also a main course and dessert made by our chefs, Turning this experience into a 6 course menu that is paired with our bottomless wine pairing of 5 different Spanish wines!

5.00Amazing time! This class was superb. We started off with a tasting of olive oil which was a great surprise. Then went to the cooking stations and made four different tapas dishes…sausage bruschetta, stuffed peppers, garlic shrimp, and herb butter mushrooms. We then had a seated dinner downstairs with roast pork and potatoes. The pork was fork tender and the sauce was delicious. We ended with a light “meringue” style desert with orange marmalade. As stated in many other reviews, the wine never stops flowing! This was a great experience and one of the most fun things we did in Spain.
AMAZING evening, would absolutely love to do this evening again!!

5.00What a fantastic evening!! I would 100% recommend you to do this cooking class. The staff are so friendly, attentive (always topping up our glasses haha) and great at explaining the cooking instructions. The food was amazing that we made but the surprise two courses at the end that was made by the chefs… were exceptional!! What a beautiful setting in the kitchen area and also downstairs where we ate our food and drank some more delicious wine. I can’t speak highly enough of The Cooking Clubhouse, I had a wonderful evening, and as a solo traveller it was a great way to spend an evening enjoying great food and wine with lovely people!

5.00Loved it so much we booked it twice! The tapas class was our favorite but we enjoyed the paella class too! 5* experience. Special kudos to Jaime- we loved him. Great value experience.
