Worst experience ! Buyer Beware

1.00We just finished a very frustrating trip organized by Elvira( Go Barcelona). There was no car/ driver to take us around. We had to end up getting into Elvira’s small rental manual/ stick shift car. She got lost three times ,and for an hour, while driving us back to our car in Colbatto. I had asked her to make reservations 4 adults because my two teenage boys have adult appetites. When we arrived to the winery, they stated she had only made reservations for two people. While we were tasting wine and the tapas, she barges into the room and with dirty, ungloved hands proceeds to pick up a piece of toast, places tomatoes on it and then, with ungloved hands,picks up ham and “ makes a sandwich “ for our boys. We were grossed out and perplexed by this behavior. We had to ask her to leave our wine tasting/ tapas session. She also counted the hour we drove our personal car to Colbatto as part of the “ 8 hour trip.” When we asked at the end of the trip if we could walk around Montaerrat for an hour, she stated no. We basically drove up the mountain to go inside a small church and mediocre museum and then had to leave. Overall, the trip is very pricey for the low budget experience. Thank God it is over.

5.00The guide pick us up from the hotel, we enjoyed immersively this tour, went to the Monastery but also a farmhouse, there was some traffic on the road but Daniel,the guide, keep us entertained with many stories.Thank you!

5.00My team and I take this tour, it waa part of my company famtrip. We were a group of 8 with different interest. Elvira offered different activity options close by the monastery and made the experience interesting for all.We loved her and had a fantastic day.

5.00Elvira is a great tour guide. She took us to the Montserrat natural Park and where we hike and visited a medieval village and a farmhouse for the day. We saw the monastery from far away but we didn't chose to go as we wanted a more unique experience
