According to Hindu mythology, taking a bath in the holy river Ganges is for cleaning their sin. We usually go for a bath especially in Kartik Purnima or during a solar /lunar eclipse in Dashashwamedh Ghat. Usually people spend their time having peace. The hand rowing boat ride starts from Dashashwamedh Ghat and goes to Harishchandra ghat & Manikarnika ghat and ends at Dashashwamedh Ghat. That is the best part of your life which you will never forget. Varanasi is also known as the city of temples so we will take you to the most popular temples which are Bharat Mata Mandir, Sankat Mochan, Durga Mandir, Ganga Aarti, Kashi Vishwanath Mandir.

Welcome to Varanasi we hope you have a safe and nice journey we will pick you up from Airport or Railway station. After picking you up we will go to the direct hotel for check-in. Note: For this particular tour you have to make sure to arrive at the airport anytime before 3 pm as early as possible so that you can utilize your day. So that your 1st day is not wasted ( Varanasi is at 1 Hour's distance from the Airport ).
Fresh n up you will proceed to Sarnath. Sarnath is a place 20 km away from the city of Varanasi. This is the place where Buddha preached his first sermon to his five apostles and so Buddhism began from there. After that emperor, Ashoka created a number of stupas and monuments to spread Buddhism. Also in Sarnath, there are several animals and birds which get the matter of attraction(specially Deer Park).
There are some of the remaining monasteries and the beautifully polished Lion Capital of Ashoka in the Sarnath Museum. Return to the hotel, fresh up to explore more sightseeing.
Ganga Aarti
In the evening, you are going to get the most memorable moment of your life, because you will be taken to the River Ganges. Now you are going to witness Ganga Aarti, Which is the grand event during the evening. It starts at 5.00 P.m. and people around the world gather to be a part of the event. You can experience a great rapture during the process of Aarti. At Dashaswamedh Ghat, a group of young clergymen well garbed in silky saffron and white robs conduct this ceremony. Each clergyman takes up a specific spot in the Ghat and starts the rituals by offering flowers to the river Ganga. The ritual includes many oil lamps on snake hood lamps which are waves in a synced motion chanting some mantras at the same time. You can witness thousands of small oil lamps floating on the river that would look like countless stars on the water. The ritual is well choreographed and seen. Rest Overnight in Varanasi. Assi Ghat
Early morning, we will be taking to witness Morning Aarti at Assi Ghat for the welcoming sun God where you will get to see Havana, Aarti & Yoga. Later you will go for a boat ride on the Ganges. It is a mystical and spiritual experience on the edge of the river Ganges you will see people offering water to the Sun God and devotees taking a holy dip in the river Ganges. We will visit all the famous Ghats of Varanasi via hand rowing boat. A hand rowing boat tour is the best way to witness the daily life of Hindus on the Ganges river watch people dip into the sacred river to wash their sins, wash clothes, release ashes into the river after the body is cremated at Manikarnika Ghat, people burning bodies experiencing death and life both together, etc.
Manikarnika Ghat
The boat will drop you at Manikarnika Ghat. You will get a guided visit & explanation about the phenomenal place - Manikarnika Ghat. This is the only place in the world where the cremation takes place. Take a walk for 30 min via this site and witness the ayurvedic oils that we are used to traditionally for some kind of medication & heritages/ ancient buildings, homes, temples, and architecture of Varanasi. Walk along with the heritage of Varanasi "The Ghats" Start from Dashashwamedh Ghat to Manikarnika Ghat. you will witness sages ( Sadhus ), and life on the ghats of Varanasi, and you will see life and how people are cremated on the banks of the river at Manikarnika Ghat & many stories and facts about Varanasi with your professional Guide.
Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple
While walking Kashi Vishwanath Corridor you will reach Kashi Vishwanath Temple. It was reconstructed in the year 1780 by the Maratha monarch, Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar of Indore. Note: Carry your passport copy as the same will be required to show to police while entering inside. Later, you will return to the hotel to enjoy breakfast. Learn interesting stories with your professional guide.
Banaras Hindu University
After breakfast, we will take you on a “City Tour”. The journey starts from Bharat Mata temple, Sankat Mochan (Hanuman temple), Manas Mandir, and BHU, now the most religious. Amble around the world's oldest city, visit one of the most sacred Hindu temples, walk through the narrow lane, and explore ancient mosques. Return to the hotel.
Spend time shopping for souvenirs and visiting Muslim areas to witness the making of World Famous Banarasi Handmade Sarees. ( Nobody will force you to buy anything ). You will be taken to an area of Muslims where you will get an experience of watching the process of weaving a saree More than 10,000 machines run there.

5.00Had a very wonderful experience starting from booking of the tour till the time I am posting this review at Airport on my return. Booking and detailing was done by Ms Sonali who was patient enough to hear me out and explain me in detail on the trip. The Hotel stay arranged was excellent. On reaching Varanasi we were greeted by Bablu who was our company for the entire trip. Sift spoken and calm person who is a true example for Punctuality. Helped us in planning our trip comfortably. Also need to appreciate our Boatman Mr. Ramu who explained in detail about all the Ghats. As we return Apart from the Spiritual bliss of Mahadev we also take with us the happiness of a good trip made for us by all the good people at Yattri. I strongly recommend them and I am also looking forward for more memorable trips with Yattri team.

5.00I made a last minute decision during my India visit to visit Kashi. I looked up for tour packages and came across Yatrri. Then I contacted via Whatsapp..Sonali Vishwakarma quickly responded and helped present options of packages..she clearly answer all questions and explained the process to book. Since I had not taken any trip in India in past, I was sceptical. But Sonali was patient and worked with me to ensure I felt comfortable before booking. Within a day, I was all set to go, with no preparations or planning needed. The tour by itself was very unique, and exceeding all my expectations. It was personally life transforming. My guide Abhishek Mishra proactively reached out to me before I arrived and promptly received me in airport. Right from the minute we met, Abhishek ensured I felt at home. He had planned everything for me to ensure my trip purpose of fulfilled. He took care of little needs like water available every where , lunch dinner on time, and also had many insights about Kashi, being a local.. I was fortunate to have Abhishek as my guide, as he was flexible and patient with change of plans, I made on the whim. He arranged for priority darshan, got me the best comfortable view of the ganga Arti, and also arranged for other rituals I wanted to do.. Abhishek was very cognizant of my needs during the entire stay and it felt like I was visiting home. All in all, I highly recommend Yatrri for Kashi Yatra.

In just two days, we explored Kashi Vishwanath Temple, the vibrant old lanes, and witnessed the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, which was truly divine. The sunrise boat ride on the Ganga offered a peaceful view of life unfolding along the ghats. Visiting Manikarnika Ghat gave deep insight into the city’s philosophy of life and moksha. A trip to Sarnath added calm and historical depth to the journey. Though crowded, Varanasi’s spiritual energy and timeless charm make it a must-visit destination. Thanks to Tausif Siddiqui, our guide from Yattri took extra efforts in ensuring great experience throughout the trip and even after that!

4.00We had an excellent experience, and a big part of what made this tour so memorable was our guide Mr. Taushif Bhaiyya. He was extremely kind, humble, and professional throughout the journey. Everything was handled very smoothly, from coordination to on-ground support, which made the entire trip completely stress-free for us. His polite nature, patience, and genuine care for our comfort truly stood out. With him, our tour became a thousand times better than expected. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a well-managed and pleasant travel experience.

5.00The tour booking with Yattri was handled professionally with an interest to please and accommodate all I wanted to experience. All was as planned when I arrive and more! Yattri helped with other unexpected matters and made me feel more comfortable and safe. I had the pleasure of being accompanied by Mr. Arvin Kumar, a government licensed guide who also speaks French. He was extremely knowledgeable and told his stories clearly and with great passion. Mr. Kumar was calm, personable and adaptable to my wishes for a spiritual experience. The cars are very clean and comfortable and drivers are proficient and polite. The entire tour experience was the best of my tours whilst in India. Kindest regards.
