The event starts at 9:00 p.m. — check in, get your wristband, and enjoy your first drink as music sets the mood. From 9:15, fun games like UNO and Jenga help everyone relax and connect easily.
At 9:30 p.m., the special cake buffet opens for WelcomeTokyo members. Enjoy cheesecakes, chocolate cakes, tiramisu, and fruit desserts for one delicious hour while chatting with international guests in English, Japanese, and more.
From 10:30 p.m., the party heats up with pop music and lively talks. Around 11:30 p.m., everyone gathers for a group photo to capture the final moments of 2025.
Finally, at 11:59 p.m., join the countdown on the venue’s big display, raising your glass as you welcome 2026 with smiles, cheers, and new friends from around the world.
The night ends around 12:10 a.m., leaving you with sweet memories and a true international celebration in Tokyo.
